Super 8 by Wyndham Augusta/Ft Eisenhower Area

Upon arrival someone in the lobby not associated with the hotel, nor a guest was obviously under the influence of something and just hanging out. We were given key cards to our rooms, only problem was the rooms were already occupied. Get into different rooms with windows left open, cigarette burns everywhere, no smoke detector battery and had to exterminate roaches in bathroom. But at least the new rooms were empty, save the roaches. Only response given was that it was the managers fault. We were in town for the Masters and this was the only place that had vacancy when we booked. This was a potential once in a lifetime trip so despite better judgement we booked. Because of policy we were pre charged for the rooms and because of that felt compelled to stay. When reached out to Wyndham was told sorry there was nothing they could do since we stayed. The then offered some rewards points. Please don’t make the mistake we did and stay here.

This hotel is not in great condition. Room was shabby with poor carpet but bed was clean and comfortable and bathroom was clean and looked recently refurbished. Some serious Health&Safety issues as per photos - no smoke alarm and sockets far from safe Will hardly be back😥

Pretty good room service and friendly cleaning people. Easy to check in and out.

Towels and bed was dirty. TV didn’t work.parking lot had a lot of trash and random people hanging around other people cars.

Splendid for short-term lodging. Conveniently located without being congested. Construction nearby can be noisy, but quiets after sunset. I frequent this location atleast twice a month. The quality remains constant.

This is a place you go when nothing’s available in Augusta I would advise you to bring Lysol or some kind of disinfectant spray and your own sheets I noticed the pillow case was showing color throughout he white pillow case so I took it off to discover a pillow made out of bits and pieces of foam

The hotel is quite run down sheets had stains. Car noises throughout the night behind the building. The only thing good was location for my stay

The property was convenient for the pricing. The staff made it worth the stay. If you have more than 2 people bring your own towels.
