It was a last minute trip and I needed it close to Piedmont hospital. It was spacious, great water pressure, felt like they just renovated and in great condition. Highly recommend.

Booked reservation through ******* over a week in advance. When I got to hotel to check in, they claimed I didn’t have a reservation. I showed them my confirmation email, and still nothing. They refused to give me the room I reserved and tried to double charge me.

We had a medical visit. The EconoLodge was clean and met our needs. Staff was friendly. Directly across the street from the Medical Center.

My overall experience here was good. The room was clean, though the floors were very scratched up. The person who checked me in was super friendly and engaging. The only downfall, and no fault to the hotel, is that it's right across from the hospital- so occasional emergency vehicles in the area with their lovely sirens.

This review is about top level customer service provided by the Econo Lodge Manager named Rick. I had an issue with a reservation and the entire team, led by Rick has been simply amazing. Rick has gone above and beyond to meet my needs and make appropriate accommodation for me. He’s taken each call from me personally and extended his warm hospitality throughout my interaction. He is friendly, personable, kind and always professional. For all my travels to Augusta, I would only stay at his hotel. He is a stand out employee and should be recognized as such.
