My hotel bathroom flooded into the hallway the staff responded promptly and changed our room without hesitation. The hotel is nice and clean very well kept.

I stayed in the family size room. It was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The room is at the end of the hallway. There was not a lot of activity in the evening. This allowed me to take care of some conference calls during this time. If I'm in the area again, I will consider staying here.

Great customer service the staff always works hard to take care of the customers I come down every week between 3 and 4 days. I've been doing that for close 2 years now I have never had a dirty Rome. Nor had anything but great customer service and Hospitality every time I have come to this hotel.
