Toilet in the bathroom was loose. Made a loud noice everytime you used it. Let the front staff know

Check in was great. Staff was very friendly. The hotel is older and needs some updating. Cracked tile in shower. Toilet was not secure. Chair in room was broken. I will say the bed was comfortable which is a plus. We were in town to see a concert, so hotel was very convenient to that. Overall the hotel is okay if you’re staying for a quick visit.

Highly recommend this hotel!!! The accommodations were clean and nicely kept and the entire hotel just smelt good. The breakfast was hot and fresh, and every employee we talked to had a smile and was friendly and welcoming. We also liked that the doors were locked at night and you needed a card to enter, and the gate around the parking lot was locked to all but guests. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Augusta.

There to bring daughter hm from hosp. thgt would be Sat but was Fri. our room was a reg room but big enough for wheelchair and walker. made our stay a lot easier. thank you

I am never coming back to this hotel. I extended my stay and the person at the front desk confirmed that it is done. Next morning while I was at office, I got a call from the front desk that I have been booted out of my room. Apparently, the extension didn't go through their system. My clothes were dumped in my suitcase along with shoes with no consideration to any hygiene. I was given another room later when I returned from work with my suitcase at the front desk. Later when I checked my belonging few clothes were missing. I made a complaint to which their response was that the earlier room has been checked and nothing has been left behind. I talked to the duty manager. She was rude and did not understand my anguish on being booted out of the room and losing clothes justifying that I did not extend my booking and the hotel did the right thing. Never expected this. I hope that none of the customers of Holiday Inn/ Intercontinental Hotels have to go through such an experience.
