My experience was natural rooms could definitely use some attention bathroom toilet was stopped up when I first got in the room and AC unit leaking badly for days and refrigerator

Roaches and bed bugs crawling around the floors, walls and bed. Laminate floor in room had a palm-sized gap, revealing black subfloor beneath. Old soft mattress and worn out bed springs. Only towel provided was a small, scratchy hand towel draped over the side of the tub.
I cant imagine any honest person giving this property a positive review.
