Property was not clean and very run down. Please update your pictures on the website. The team was pleasant, but this property is need of upgrade.

The staff was amazing! From the gentleman that checked us in, to the wonderful woman that checked us out, they were very hospitable, kind and helpful! The room had bugs on the ceiling that we had to kill before putting anything down! We inspected the beds and bedding and sprayed them with alcohol, but didn’t see anything else. The carpet was filthy, the bathroom needed some TLC, so hopefully, the facilities get better after the remodel. The staff is amazing, keep them!

Dean at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate each and everyone of our needs in order to ensure our stay was comfortable. We was so pleasant and kind. Rooms were clean and very spacious, especially the suites.

Everything was alright. But there was this guy that worked nights at the front desk. SUPER ASS HOLE. SO UNFRIENDLY HE ACTED LIKE EVERYONE WAS UNDER HIM.

A beautiful location right off of I20 West in Augusta, GA Ft Gordon area. Quiet, Excellent Parking, Free Hot Breakfast. The staff is wonderful. I was there for a concert. Check=in was fast and access to my room was very easy. The lobby was clean, quiet and spacious. This is a great location for families and those who are on the go. I actually would give this location a 4.5 rating.
