Water was off until 5 pm
People yelling at 2am outside
Leaf blower going outside my door at 7 am
I went to complain and manager was incredibly rude says “it’s not 5 or 6 am and told me to go back to sleep!!

It looks like the Owner/manager is doing a pretty good job of upgrading things but still has a long way to go. I like the improvements. Keep it up
