Hotels Near सावता महाराज मंदिर, वैजापूर in Aurangabad

2nd time I have stayed at Panchavati in Aurangabad. Basic but comfortable rooms, helpful staff, a nice restaurant, and very convenient location on station road. This is useful if arriving at night by train. Mr Ashok provides a professional touring service in an adjacent office just outside the entrance. Last time I made a comment on the toilet flush button which was placed in such a way that you had to lean forward in order not to accidentally flush when nature called. This had been fixed, at least in my room Well done Panchavati!

It was wonderful gesture by owner of the hotel despite of next day booking, they allowed stay midnight before so we checked out on booking date. It was clean neat standard spacious hotel room with all comfortable fixtures and mattresses with good cheap room service, it's value for money

The stay was awesome and the staff is very good but also professional and the rooms are huge and food was good the housekeeping staff is also very good and honest I forgot charger they. Handed me back and FO staff miss janhavi and garima are very good and helpful

It was nice stay at the hotel. The restaurant food was tasty and staff were so cooperative. We all specially liked Buttermilk! I have never tasted such a tasty butter milk! The room was clean and good! Parking space is available. Only one thing was disappointing. There was a family in another room besides us and the gents from that family were drinking alcohol in the corridor! However, in 10 minutes they went back to their rooms and there was no any issue. I suggest management to keep watch on such things to avoid any safety issues in future!

The hotel is at decent location-quite and calm. Its near to mgm hospital which is a landmark place. Staff is very supportive. The banquet manager mr. Gurvinder singh is decent and supportive. For value addition only- cleanliness and hygiene can be improved in washroom area.

The hotel is beautifully built, very close to the airport, convenient for transportation, the hotel has a large area, there is a garden outside, the room is old and the quilt is relatively thin. Restaurant meals are delicious.

Outdoor amenities was decent but major miss on in room amenities. Air conditioner was not functioning properly and hotel teams was also not able to resolve it. Spent whole nigh night without air conditioner in hot summar. Disappointed

Disappointing Experience at The Fern Aurangabad Despite being a good property, our stay was marred by poor management. The ground staff were courteous and attentive, but the managerial staff seemed indifferent. Issues Encountered: 1.⁠ ⁠Broken glass bottles were provided to customers (see attached photo), and management justified this. 2. Musty smell in rooms was irritating. 3. Multiple calls were required to get a cup of tea in the morning, with delays blamed on Thai guests. 4. For corporate events, dignitaries were not offered sofas, despite requests. 5. Sapphire Hall toilets were unclean and stinking. 6. Unhygienic dustbins were present at the dining area (see photo). 7. Banquet hall AC was not cooling properly. 8. Food section is too small and creates long queue and it’s like having food inside the Mumbai locals. 9. Chairs are put in banquet hall dining areas which occupies 20% of the space. Management doesn’t listen to remove them to create space. Poor Management: General Manager was unavailable, and Mr. Shashank and Mr. Hemant were uncooperative. Junior staff (Ms. Anjali Phatak) from the corporate office was involved in sending an unpleasant email without understanding the challenges we were facing. Corporate office support was withdrawn instead of addressing concerns. Conclusion: Horrible experience! We will not stay here again if the hotel management doesn’t act on it. Please investigate and arrange for atleast an apology email from Ms Anjali
