The place is very beautiful. The rooms are small but very nice and clean.
The only thing that I don't like is the restaurant menu is to short and there's not parking garage in the property.

The iPad broke so the TV was stuck on. I had to unplug the TV just to turn it off. Then I couldn't control the temperature of the room so it was really hot all night. The sink drain stopper was pushed down for some reason and I wasn't able to reach under and put the stopper back up so I had a sink of water sitting all night. The bartender serving us in the evening was sweet, but it was her first time bartending and didn't know how to make any drinks, so I had to teach her some basics. Not her fault, poor thing.

I really enjoeyd my stay at CitizenM Austin. The hotel is stylish, smart and very comfortable. The staff are hands on and down to make your stay in the hotel and at Austin memorable. I will definitely be staying at CitizenM again if it’s in my path... Loved it!

Too small and tablet does not function 100% so you don’t get to enjoy music and shows. Better of taking your own tv and Bluetooth speaker

Brand new feel to it but tiny tiny rooms! Was very unexpected. Was like the smallest room on a cruise shop? Some how I missed the details of the room. It was a fun experience. The beds are comfy and the cleanliness is beyond compare. Every employee greeted us with a smile and were eager to help with anything. Bar open till 1:30 coffee available 24 hrs. Nice common area in bottom floor of hotel. Location can not be beat. But no bargain for being such tiny room.

The hotel is in a perfect location in downtown Austin, very close to lots of great dining and entertainment options. It was great value compared to other hotels in the area when I booked. The hotel has very nice “hipstery” decor in the hotel and rooms. The rooms are a little compact, with small area and bathroom, but are very nice. The only negative is they didn’t clean the room one day when I requested it.
