Room is small but it’s great. Exactly what you need just to sleep at night. The property is very clean for the price.

Very inconvenient to park and that is an additional cost. If u find parking near the hotel expect to to walk the distance of where u parked with all ur luggage in tote as there is no where to park to unload ur luggage. Scared walk with homeless and bus stop with individuals eyeing you as you walk downtown Austin with ur luggage and purse.

Great staff and the hotel had a boutique feel about it. I would highly recommend. The only item I would remotely cite as an issue is the ironing board was located in a separate room outside of my sleeping quarters.

Fast Check in but main problem was air conditioning, it was never fixed. Really hard to enjoy the stay

We experienced multiple issues during our stay, being moved to four different rooms in less than 6-8hours due to various problems. The staff did not apologize and made us feel responsible for their lack of preparedness. While they offered us free breakfast as compensation, it was subpar. We've had great experiences at citizenM in Miami and Los Angeles, but the Austin location was disappointing. We would not recommend it to our friends at this time. The main issue seems to be a lack of management and leadership, as the staff members we came into contact with were unprofessional. We hope the situation improves because we generally enjoy the citizenM brand. Aside from that, the location is great. A quick walk around the corner you’ll find some cool spots to eat. Uber trips are cheap and everything worth doing is no more than a 10-20 minute drive.

Got there and checked in with assistance with ease. I was on my way to my room within 3 minutes. Shower was awesome and the naps were exquisite.
