What a great experience my wife and I had. The room is a micro-room, luxurious, cozy, romantic, super modern! The iPad software to control everything in the room was very intuitive and worked like a charm! The price was right on point for a little romantic getaway.

This is quite a lovely hidden gem. I found out about this place while in Miami By accident. However, after staying at Citizen’s I will always check every city for them moving forward. It’s such a great spot! It’s like a vacation within a vacation.

Rose went above and beyond to ensure that my boyfriend and my experience was amazing!! I emailed her for special accommodations and she executed immensely well and exceeded my expectations for what I originally requested. Aside from that the hotel is really beautiful and modern and all of the staff are very friendly.

I would like to give a shout out to the staff at citizenM. Once I walked it to check-in Jim was very kind to help me. Also, the bartenders Erika and Robin very friendly wonderful ladies. Would definitely come back again! Great customer service! 10/10

The rooms here are extremely small. There's not even a sink in the bathroom for washing your face and brushing your teeth; the sink is located outside the bathroom. These rooms are definitely not suitable for adults individuals. They claim the tap water is safe to drink, but they don't provide bottled water. The tap water has an unpleasant taste and is not suitable for drinking. Moreover, there isn't even a coffee maker or coffee packets in the room. You have to buy regular coffee from their restaurant. Despite the high room rates, the amenities provided are minimal. However, you do get a large, comfortable bed. The hotel staff is very friendly.

Robin was so sweet!! She gave us such good service and made great drinks!! Def recommend the pizza, super good and she accommodated us so well!! She gave us great recommendations and she paired my delicious with a great cheese lol!! Thanks Robin!!🙂↔️

Robin gave us an amazing experience at the bar! The drinks were fresh and tasted great. We ordered the margarita pizza and it was beautifully cooked. She was super kind and gave us many recommendations. We will definitely be back here soon!!

The rooms are small, yes, but incredibly efficient in design. Sleek, modern and most importantly, highly functional. I was sorry I had to leave.
