The only two things that we experienced were quickly resolved in a professional manner! Did not affect our stay!
Pillows too soft, but mattress was great!

Trinidad’s service in the M lounge was amazing! She is super friendly, attentive and always makes you feel welcome. We enjoy coming into the M lounge when Trinidad is working. The Austin Marriott South is our favorite place to stay when we visit Austin.

The Austin Marriott South is a nice hotel and we definitely would stay again. It is very convenient the the Austin airport. The service was great, they were attentive to all of our needs. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed the restaurant, especially the breakfast.

Thank you Trinidad at the M-Club for being so kind, attentive, and friendly! The food and snacks were delicious. She made my family felt at home and turned a hotel stay into something special. The front desk clerk, Nisa, was also very lovely, supportive, and helpful. She cheerfully helped us with requests, answered our questions, and made the stay very pleasant. Thank you to these two wonderful people. After traveling for so long it is nice to interact with people (Trinidad and Nisa) who made us feel welcomed.

I stayed at the Marriott South in Austin Texas for one week and ate breakfast at the restaurant every day. Monica provided prompt, accurate and pleasant service each and every day. The food was delicious. I would recommend this hotel and especially this hotel restaurant.

Ate at the bar and Ammar took amazing care of me and my friends! I’ll be coming back even when not staying at the hotel! Gonna make Sure to ask for Ammar next time I come in I got the caprese sandwich and kiwi mojito and it was so good! Super refreshing and fresh.

Trinidad was charming and attentive in the M Club, bringing me wine and food despite some of my requests being clearly outside her department. She displayed great service and really cared, which is rare to find these days in hotels that are often understaffed and sacrificing quality of service. I wish there more attendants in M Clubs across the country, like her.

At the M club Trinidad took fantastic care of us! The pizza was delicious and the drinks were stiff! She was very attentive and ensured we had whatever we needed. I highly recommend visiting and be sure to ask for Ms Trinidad, because she will give you the best service!
