Spent 4 days at this hotel for a convention and was impressed with the hotel staff. Layla at the front desk was so very helpful and always pleasant. Jonathan and Dylan at the valet stand were great under the pressure of 200 people leaving a convention at the same time. Richard was a great help in getting my luggage and exhibit items moved from my car to my room. The only downside to the whole weekend was the lack of and late start for bellhops. Management only schedule 1-2 for a convention that had well over 300 women in attendance. This was in no way the fault of front of house employees. They were all very helpful and pleasant under the stress.

Bellman Maurillo was fantastic and went above and beyond to assist us! He helped with bags from the car in the garage, gave a room tour, answered questions and was a great welcome to Austin! He was the most friendly. I wish he was at every hotel!

The visit was nearly perfect. I’m giving a 4 out of 5 because of a mix up where I had to get new keys. Loved the hotel. The room was spotless, the staff was SO NICE. It was a great stay. Maurilio made sure my bags were cared for when I was at my conference and put them in the trunk of my Lyft when I left. The gym was great.

If you are traveling by car, don't stay here. Expensive valet and it takes 30+ minutes (two times in two days) to get car; text ahead / call ahead doesn't work. There did not seem to be any adult leadership at that otherwise poorly designed porte cochere. We commiserated with several others in the same circumstance. One night we were literally told, after quite a wait (separate from getting the car), just to leave it on the ramp because they had no parking spaces. And asking for late check out, only until 130 pm with two small children in tow (as a Hilton Gold member who is afforded late check out), was like bargaining at a Turkish Bazaar; and I lost. Was literally told that there was "an asterisk" that said it would not be available except when it was. Hotel room was otherwise as least as good as a Fairfield Inn. Except the air conditioning wouldn't actually cool the room below 74 degrees (despite saying it was set on 65 degrees -- great offset trick!), even after maintenance visit.

I stayed at the hotel with my family during a sorority conference. The initial booking was for a room with a Peleton (upgrade), but upon check-in it wasn't available. Instead, the associate offered points and meal vouchers, which we appreciated! Thank you to Cris and James (?) for their front desk exceptional customer service and accommodations. We dined in Canon & Belle - EXTREMELY DELICIOUS! Very impressive for 'hotel food.' Highly recommend dining there!

Maurillo at the front desk was so kind and helpful with my luggage. Great stay and service- walkable to incredible food options and quiet at night- all you can ask for. Enjoyed the easy access to the conference, made the experience very smooth.
