If you are traveling by car, don't stay here. Expensive valet and it takes 30+ minutes (two times in two days) to get car; text ahead / call ahead doesn't work. There did not seem to be any adult leadership at that otherwise poorly designed porte cochere. We commiserated with several others in the same circumstance. One night we were literally told, after quite a wait (separate from getting the car), just to leave it on the ramp because they had no parking spaces. And asking for late check out, only until 130 pm with two small children in tow (as a Hilton Gold member who is afforded late check out), was like bargaining at a Turkish Bazaar; and I lost. Was literally told that there was "an asterisk" that said it would not be available except when it was. Hotel room was otherwise as least as good as a Fairfield Inn. Except the air conditioning wouldn't actually cool the room below 74 degrees (despite saying it was set on 65 degrees -- great offset trick!), even after maintenance visit.
