Maurili was amazing. I was in a hurry and needed assistance. He rushed to it, got me squared away immediately even though he was very busy. He certainly could have made me waits. He didn’t. Great service! I will definitely be back because of how he treated me.

JACK! They were the kindest guest service agent I have ever met! Took good care of us for this birthday celebration, I feel so spoiled and lucky! 10/10, I would recommend this hotel over and over again 😀 I can’t wait to get into the pool, it looks wonderful!

As soon as I walked though this beautiful hotel the scent whisked me away! We were met with superior customer service, guest service rep, Jack was able to check our party in quickly and accommodate all our requests! Making my cousin birthday one to remember. Finishing our evening with Kendra bringing everything home with a glamorous dinner and chef prepared specialized dessert. Never felt so pampered and appreciated. Highly recommend this location. A+, superb service.

Maurillo helped our company get to and from the convention center with all of our highly expensive equipment. His professionalism and care for his guests is second only to his charming smile. I am really glad he is the one we ran into when we needed help. If every hotel had Maurillo as an employee we would have no reviews less than perfect!

5/27/24 Richard was the baggage Service agent who too our bags to the room and recommended a great restaurant! 5/28/24 Maurilio was the baggage service agent who delivered our baggage to our vehicle with friendly considerate manners. Both people were excellent!
