Good location. The rooms look old and dirty. I couldn't use the phone from the room to order an extra towel, I had to go all the way down to ask for it.

My rental car was stolen from the garage here, and the hotel was not helpful or empathic at all. The garage isn't attached to the hotel, and it is not secure. When I noticed my car was missing the morning after I checked in, and I was obviously in a panic, the people at the front desk were extremely unhelpful. They basically just shrugged and asked if I had called 911. They didn't alert a manager or anyone else at the hotel, and didn't do anything as I stood nearby and frantically called 911 and tried to arrange another car to get to my work events.

Check in processing was super easy! In within less than 10 min Valet parking and assistance is a 10 out of a 10 Travelle and Jesse help my husband unload the truck and our sons dirtbike. Then let us park in the front. Will come back here again soon!

Loud free reception downstairs but the noise was expected and it only lasted for a couple of hours. We checked in last night and did not notice the shower until this morning. That explains the wet carpet in the other room. Why did they book this room? I have a busy day and one more night so I'll stick it out, but never again.

Friendly staff. Location was convenient. Excellent breakfast. Didn’t have time for evening reception / happy hour. Unfortunately, the room was quite dated. Lampshades were discolored and baseboard coming apart in room. Toilet made extremely loud noises when flushing. Heater wasn’t working. Needed to request extra blankets. Difficult to get hot water for showering.
