Anti-Military The rate given on the app was $107 for military travel. Checked in onb the app, but got to the hotel and told the rate was $233. The more than doubled the rate between check in and arrival. Apparently the manager says I didn’t have Military ID or orders. I gave both to the kid at the desk. This has happened before. Has it happened to you? If so, leave a review, let others know this place is anti-military.

Love this place! It's like having a mini apartment. This is our go to hotel when in Austin for the location and the mini kitchen with a full sized refrigerator. We really enjoy the breakfast they serve, its got quite a selection to chose from. Housekeeping and the room itself was great but a couple of individuals at the front desk made me give them a low review once. I was contacted by their manager about that review, which was a 9 out of ten. Since then the staff has been great.

There was not outside lighting. I arrived at 8:30 pm and -0- lights outside. The person at the desk said it was something about the time change. Same thing the next night. I am handicapped and at risk for a fall. Unacceptable!
