We had a good and relaxing time here at Double Tree Austin. We had a really good and delicous breakfast at texture. Allysa give us really great service making sure we have everything we need. She’s very sensible and professional to what she does. There’s also one server, who took picture of us family. We really appreciate their great service. Amazing team! Thank you very much!

This recently renovated hotel is nicely appointed and located convenient to many areas of Austin. The staff here is friendly and helpful. Christopher from the Front Desk was particularly helpful in finding a room to meet all my needs. My room was clean and quiet. The pool area is beautiful and the restaurant offers many delicious options. Highly recommend this hotel for the weary business traveler.

Pretty quiet and clean hotel, we were most out the time outside out and about but in the afternoon we asked for our room to be cleaned since it wasn’t done in the morning, and a lady at the reception wrote down our room number to make sure it happened. Unfortunately, our room was never cleaned. Thankfully, Angelina, one of the receptionists on the night shift, more than made up for it. She was very apologetic, brought us towels promptly, and ensured everything was taken care of. Her service really turned our experience around.

We booked going by whatever saw on the website. It said pets welcomed that’s not true they don’t allow service dogs either. We were also told to leave dogs of any kind could even be pass the doors.

The hotel is beautiful. The hospitality exceeded my expectations. We had a wonderful waitress, Mandy, who was so sweet. Mandy went above and beyond with her service. The staff all around has been so kind to us. I am so happy with the choice I made in selecting this hotel. Everyone here has positively contributed to this weekend getaway. Thank you so much.
