Clean hotel with nice amenities (although our shower took in excess of 2 minutes to heat up). Perfectly located near the bustle of sixth street and a short walk to South Congress. We stayed over the weekend and the hotel was full of drunk university students, which meant noise at all hours. We added an additional night and our stay was soured when on checkout we were charged an extra $65; the staff member refused to honour the rate quoted by her colleague a day prior.

We booked a hotel block for our wedding and everything was flawless from start to finish. Naomi was extremely helpful and supportive in the lead up to the weekend and things continued to be in-flux. Karen, Yvette, and the rest of the team also went above and beyond to ensure the weekend itself went off without a hitch. They also included plenty of classy touches along the way to make the entire experience a 10/10.

We came over from the UK to watch the MotoGP at the Circuit of the Americas and stayed here for 6 nights. Check in was quick and easy and we were in our room quickly. On first impressions it was much nicer than the photos on the website showed, we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and comfy and the little kitchenette was great to have. The bathroom was a little dated and could have done with a refresh but functionally it was fine. The breakfast included at Champions every morning was good and really beneficial to us as we needed to be heading out to the circuit by around 8am each day. We were really happy with the hotel and would book to stay here again.

Wasn't fond of the loud exterior noise even being on the 7th floor (even with a white noise machine). The breakfast Buffett ($22 per person) was expensive for the quality/amount. The staff at the restaurant should have been friendlier our first 2 days visiting. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating!

Joseph at the Valet was so helpful! My car unexpectedly wouldn’t start and he took some time to assist me when he didn’t have to and was able to get it to turn on for me! 10/10 experience and that alone will have me recommending the Courtyard Convention Center to anyone traveling to Austin!

This hotel did the trick but there’s room for improvement. We paid around $300/nt, which is not expensive for Austin, but expected a bit better service and quality. We stayed in a King Suite, which was very small with barely any room to maneuver around. The fold out couch took up the entire living room space and was more coils and springs than it was mattress. I had to get extra pillows and blankets to lay down since the surface was only springs poking into your back. Housekeeping never came when it was requested in advance. The crib never came until requested again. The shower leaked tremendously onto the bathroom floor and only half of the water came out of the shower head - the other half came out of the shower spout down below. The front desk seemed unconcerned with these issues when we brought them up.
