Our company hosted a 2 day workshop in the Prickly Pear Boardroom. The room, food, and catering members were outstanding. Event coordinators Julian Davalos and Robin Beadles made everything run smoothly. Location is great as we had participants located North, South, and coming from the airport.

We recently rented meeting space at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Austin Central for a training class, and I can't say enough good things about the entire experience. From the very beginning, the planning process was smooth and effortless. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Julian and Robin. They were both super attentive, pleasant, and made sure everything ran flawlessly. The meeting space itself was perfect for our needs – it was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Austin Central. If you're looking for a great place to hold a meeting or training in Austin, I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be returning for all of our future Austin trainings!

I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites Austin Central April 24 and 25th. I was acknowledged by the front desk as soon as I entered the lobby to check in. Emily was very helpful and recognized me as Diamond Member and was very courteous. The Director of Sales Jenny Liang had a nice card welcoming me back to the hotel and ensured if I needed anything to contact her during my stay. She contacted me to check in to see how my stay was going and I was very grateful for her taking the time to check on me. I would also like to take the time to recognize Jenny who was working at the bar the night of the 23rd. I enjoyed her professionalism with all of the customers and was always smiling and engaging with the hotel guests checking and making sure if they needed anything. This is an older hotel, but I did receive excellent customer service from the staff. The Breakfast in the mornings has everything you could want: Omelet station, Waffles, Pancakes, all types of breads, cereal, oatmeal, etc. I will be staying at the hotel again on my next trip to Austin. Great for our family - five adults and five children. We felt safe letting the kids navigate the hotel by themselves.
The breakfast had something for everyone and the happy hour was really good.
We enjoyed our stay. Happy New Year to all staff!
