Lawrence, Jenn and Devin turned around the evening for me after a horrible experience with Airbnb. Lawrence was kind and professional and quick. Jenn was a comforting presence and Devin made sure my tea was the warm hug I needed. The room was clean and everything was quiet. It was great! Thank you.

Got in really late from hawaii but staff still accommodating It was just a place to sleep Location excellent for late night check in ot early morning departure Shuttle available kudos to MO our driver please tip as the shuttles are free Melith and phoebe front desk very pleasant especially phoebe Hope you liked the goodies from Hawai’i Mac nut chocolates and cookies Room was clean Kudos to housekeepers and Isabella supervisor So far great hotel and friendly hard workers

We had to leave for the airport at 4 a.m., so we chose to go by shuttle rather than have our family inconvenienced.
People at reception were friendly and helpful checking in and out. We had a great shuttle experience to the airport: driver was helpful with our bags and knowledgeable about a convenient drop off location for our airline.

I had booked a stay at this hotel for one night because my flight was getting in around midnight. Unfortunately, my flight was cancelled and I had to change to the next day. This hotel would not refund my stay even though the flight change was out of my control. I even let them know two months in advance that my reservation would need to be canceled. There was plenty of time for them to re-book the room without loss of revenue. They are basically stealing my money. I will NEVER book at this hotel again and advise other travelers to be aware that they may still charge you, even if you don’t stay. Never have I had such horrible service from an airport hotel!
