The staff was super friendly! Easy to check in and convenient location for where we were going on Friday night - plus they allow Dogs!! We have stayed here several times and were always happy with the property ... This time, I specifically asked to be in a room with the patio facing the parking lot - we were placed on opposite side with no outdoor access! The bathroom shower ceiling appeared very dirty - black in lots of areas - the shower had very low pressure BUT was BOILING HOT if barely turned?!?!?? Lighting in bathroom was very dim also - AND only a mirror in the bathroom?? Women need another mirror someplace!! Not sure that we will stay there again - which saddens me ...

Toilet didn’t work correctly. Never got fixed. Room was pretty scuffed up and tub was missing a faucet.
Staff was cery friendly and room was clean
Internet was horrible.

First off I want to say, the bed was amazing. So comfortable. I wanted to extend my stay just to sleep in that bed again. The shower was the best part. It literally felt like a back massage. So perfect after a long night out. The location was great we used Lyft to get to 6 th street. Awesome place. 5 stars

Hairs in the bathroom (on the sink, on the toilet seat, and in the shower). Only 1 roll of TP. No hand towels just small bath towels and wash cloth. Stains all over the carpet in side the room and all in the hallways. Only 1 working ice machine. Hot a humid in the hallways (over 80) and the bedroom was equally hot and humid until the AC was turned on.

I usually don’t leave negatives comments, I just don’t go back the the business or the brand that this business represents, but this particular hotel is a health hazard. The rooms and the common areas, hallways and elevators, have a strong stunk of cigarette and *********. It was so bad, that I had to go buy allergy medicine and Glade to try to hide the skunk.
On the positive side, the front desk area and the breakfast area was well kept and clean.
