非常坑，服務差。
入住的時候特地説了可不可以給一個遠離高速的房間，他説可以，但是實際給的是離高速最近的一個，吵的要死。下樓去換説是全滿。
全滿可以理解，入住的時候為何不能實話實説。
太垃圾了。

Very clean (and I’m very picky)! . Martha, at the front desk was amazing. She helped us get in a bit early as we were traveling with my elderly parents. All the staff were super accommodating. Will definitely choose this hotel when flying from Austin in the future.

Martha was HORRIBLE.My husband stayed here because of the proximity to the airport,and was so upset!Martha had him wait 30 minutes to check in after the check in time.He got to the room and there were bugs,he asked Martha for another room and she giggled her answer through as it was not a biggie and told him someone will spray the room. WHAT! Roaches are fine for this hotel,just wait for them to die!!!!! apperently the manager tried to flirt with him instead of giving him other room.He left and stayed at the HYATT PLACE down the road where everything was great.

Enjoyed stay at property….. Nice outside appearance and lobby, with nice amenities… The staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially Natalie… Thank you for your patience and assistance with today…. Suggest hotel if you are in the area….

Natalie at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Great customer service. She went out of her way to help make sure a purchase was safe and taken care of while there doing business at the hotel. The hotel was nice and clean in the lobby area.
