Took 15min to check in. Also they charge 50 dollars for deposit. That was not understood when i got the room

I mistakenly booked the wrong night and immediately , rebooked for correct night but now I’m probably gonna end up paying for both nights. Hotel could not cancel for me because it was through *******. She says she cannot help. ******* virtual agent tried to correct with hotel for me but so far no luck.
