Older hotel which is about to be renovated. The lounge for Bonvoy members is closed. Good location - 10min walk to Capitol Hill.

It was not disclosed until check-in that parking was $50. Staff were friendly and hotel was clean and cute. Very thin walls. I could hear guest next door talking and partying until 11pm.

Stayed for SXSW, the hotel was walkable to all the activities. It's a bit outdated but I can see that they are working on updating.

THIS PROPERTY HAS AN IN HOUSE FRATERNITY! I have to say the staff was friendly and room was VERY CLEAN, the beds were comfortable HOWEVER the noise was UNBEARABLE. I could hear EVERYTHING going on outside my door, next door and it was not pleasant AT ALL. Up until 2am when whom ever thought they could sing and play guitar, i called downstairs to complain only for front desk to say ITS OUR INHOUSE FRATERNITY...LIKE IT'S OK???? SERIOUSLY! I was like i dont care tell them to stop! I paid for a pleasant stay and that did not happen. It was unfortunate because the hotel while dated, was clean and nice room.

The hotel was nice. I was charged twice for parking and four days later, I spoke to Norma in the accounting department and was humiliated by her telling me I should read the sign that says no refund on parking. She argued with me when I told her I didn’t see the sign and spoke down to me.
