Don't book with this chain. We canceled our reservation but not only did not they cancel but they kept it open and charged me a no show fee of $70. These people are complete crooks and will take advantage of your situation at every corner. I called corporate and got the run around and they refuse to refund my money.

Lets start off that only one side of the hotel gets wifi that would be the front ones facing the road. I had to hangout outside in the front to use the wifiThe ice maker never worked the whole time I stayed there. Lastly the remote in every room i was in didn't work correctly.

Well I'm homeless and needed a place to warm up at so rented a room here it was cheaper out of the choices. But the room had 2 lights out, no internet, remotes don't work, and the ice machine didn't work. Service was good considering the state of the hotel.

La llegada rapida y sencilla, pero a las 8 am, las amas de llaves tocando las puertaaas como para tumbarlas, siendo que mi check out era a las 11 am, y platicaban y gritaban afuera de los cuartos cuando todos sabemos que en este tipo de hotel todo se escucha, y lo peor que ni siquiera les importa cuando les pedimos un poco de silencio.

The room itself was extremly clean and well furnished. The exterior though was just lacked luster. There was alot of people always hanging out in the parking lot. The vending machines (all 3) didnt work at all. And house keeping made it a point to knock daily at 9am asking if your checking out waking me up every time. That was frustrating to say the least. Other than that, overall, 6 out of 10.
