The employees are not friendly or accommodating. You have to hope someone is at the front desk to see you at the door to push a button to allow you entrance. The rooms are very sp****. Do not forget anything as they have nothing for you. There is no tolerance for early check in or late check out. No handicap accommodations. Some of the steps are breaking away from the staircase. Due to the freezing weather there was no hot water and they chose not to inform me of this upon check in. It took 3 days for this to get fixed and they refused even a partial refund. The outside trash cans were overflowing with the same trash that was there upon check in when I checked out 5 days later. The room was cleaned the first day I checked in and never touched the rest of my stay.
