staff was super kind, but the room was absolutely filthy. the bed was broken, there were roaches, a mysterious puddle by the bed, trash under the bed and stuck to the wall?? again, not blaming the staff as they were very kind and helpful, but we were very unhappy with our room.

Room had cockroaches which was already gnarly but it was worse the bed was literally broken in half. The tv had no remote. The door doesn’t lock it just can deactivate the key fob but does not deadbolt. Would avoid at all costs in the future.

I did not like the interaction with the front desk receptionist. I believe she had an attitude regarding my response to rules that did not apply to me and my stay. Furthermore, I came to realize that several of their hotel room was incinerated. That may be the reason for the attitude of the receptionist.

Great stay, great value, great staff. Close to downtown, close to restaurants. Great location. Standard room. Love this location. Got to know the staff very well. Better than what it use to be. We were scare to stay here last year and the year before.
