SXSWへの参加のために6泊しました。
とても綺麗で手入れされている印象のホテルでした。
空港からも車で10分ほどとアクセスも良かったです。
朝食をつけたところ3日間はビュッフェ、
残る6日間は注文するタイプでした。
これぞアメリカの朝ごはん‥？！というほどボリューミーで食べきれませんでしたが、スタッフさんの対応もよく、満足度が高かったです！

It's really bad. I've never stayed in a hotel with such poor service. I booked for 3 nights, and the sanitation hasn't been cleaned until the third day. We contacted the front desk, and the front desk said that there are few staff members, and they are off work now. Nani? The lack of staff is the reason for not cleaning the room? **ah! Then I went to have breakfast on the last day, and waited to go to the airport after eating. As a result, I waited for more than an hour for breakfast, and finally left without eating. My stay at the Austin Southpark Hotel was perfect.
Please advise senior management they have all their ducks in a row.
The lobby was fantastic, the recessed bar was an interesting touch, and the front desk staff were courteous and responsive.
Breakfast twice at the restaurant was just what I needed to start the day.
Restaurant staff were also courteous, and the breakfast was prepared properly.
The room was clean as expected with all the amenities.
The next time I am in Austin I will definitely return.

Adam, by far, is one of the best bartenders out there. In town for business and it was incredibly refreshing to kick back a bit and feel welcome! Always a smile and welcoming to kick your feet back and enjoy life once in a while!

Welcoming experience. Great indoor/outdoor pool, gym and lounge. Marisha and Michelle’s hospitality at the front desk are the reason booking again was done without hesitation. Very accommodating and helpful staff, concierge and bartender.
