The hotel property was beautiful, but I wish the dining options had more conventional options versus "inspired" dishes.
The beds were also very uncomfortable. It was impossible to fall asleep for our one-night stay as the closer you got to the edge, the more it felt like we'd roll right off the side. The pillows were also VERY flat and lacked any comfort. The hotel and all its charms hardly make up for the lack of a comfortable stay.

Stayed here for an on-site conference, and I really enjoyed the experience. Clean rooms, airport accessible, easy to get to my conference session rooms, and walking distance to just about anything in downtown Austin. Shout out to Brandon Landry who works in the valet area! He went above and beyond to get me to my Uber during a really busy time. Great service!

While the hotel was beautiful, clean and filled with kind and welcoming staff, Brandon went above and beyond. Not only did he help secure my bags until check out but he went above and beyond to get me safely in my Lyft on the way to the airport. I would be remiss if I didn’t take a moment to say THANK YOU, Brandon!

At Corinne, we sat for an hour with water only. We watched our drinks sit on the end of the bar while our server repeatedly visited 4 other tables and never came back to us. Never took our food order and after an hour didn't have our drinks so we left. At Zanzibar we were told a huge area was reserved but if anyone no showed after 15 minutes, they would seat us. Over 20 minutes went by and the area was still empty. We were offered a bar table but then that was given away and we were told the bar area was 1st come, 1st served. This was after the server said she would seat us in the bar. Finally seated, 20 minutes for water, 30 minutes for drinks that were served room temperature because they had been sitting at the bar so long. Area around us still empty. Younger couple had water in 5 minutes and drinks in 15. Manager came over to apologize and said she'd bring our sandwich out right away. We had not ordered a sandwich. When we left, 5 employees were standing at the hostess desk doing nothing. I would suggest that you avoid this hotel if you are a little older. Only the young and trendy got served.
