房間中規中矩，但是實在太吵了，酒店附近好幾個pub吵到二點也無法入睡，雖然酒店配了耳塞和助眠茶，但是效果實在不大。早餐實在一般，套餐選擇餘地不大。酒店附近流浪漢成問題。

奧斯汀的這家酒店是真不錯哦，房間面積相對歐洲的酒店來説大很多了，住宿體驗感是可以的，下次還可以考慮入住。

The stay was great. It was a bit noisy at night from the bar across the street. But it didn't bother me too much. The rooftop pool was fantastic!

The rooms were so nice and the staff was very accommodating. We felt awful for the staff because they were having an issue with the keying system during our stay, so all guests had to be escorted to and from their rooms. Even so, they were some of the nicest staff we have ever encountered. We will stay here again.

Terrible experience. Keys not working when I arrived so every guest had to be escorted to their room by a member of staff, will leave how this worked to your imagination. Then the TV did not work in my room, changed rooms and then the door handle to the balcony had come off and was dangling on the other side of the door. This is a hilton not a Motel 6. Would not advise staying here.

Parking for guests is $50 per night which is extremely steep and was not communicated beforehand. Our room keys also did not work the entire time so we would have to wait for people at the front desk to escort us to our room Everytime we came back.
