I LOVED this hotel: the location, the rooms (the bathroom tile was everything), my balcony. Very stylish boutique hotel, but also one of the lesser priced ones to stay in the area. I was able to easily walk to everything I wanted to do but would be a quick rideshare to tons of other stuff

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Magdalena. All of the hotel staff were wonderful but specifically hotel manager Ivy was so helpful with everything we needed. The room had a comfortable bed, great AC, and a really cool design . We appreciated the mini-fridge, robes, Le Labo products. The pool was also a highlight and was rarely crowded. The area around the hotel felt very safe, There are a lot of corporate stores/mall stores right outside the hotel but just across the street there are some local Austin gems as well and the more rowdy nightlife + bars of East Austin are a short uber away. I’d recommend this hotel specifically for couples or anyone looking for a more lowkey + relaxing place to return to after a day out in the hot Texas sun. ☀️

We definitely plan to come back! The manager, Justina, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful holiday experience! She was super attentive to our family’s unique needs as we were traveling with a baby. The room was very clean and everyone was so kind! Major improvements from the last time we were here!

Romantic getaway. Basically perfect for what we were looking for. Private and comfortable, clean, cool. We had great service across the board, and were able to spend a couple nights in love over Christmas in a beautiful suite. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

Great hotel off of South Congress. Walkable to everything in the area. Quick ride share to 6th street or everything downtown. Room was clean and very nice. Staff was extremely responsive and very helpful. The location being walkable was great, didn’t need the car for the stay so that was awesome. We didn’t bring swimming gear but the pool looks great, if we come with the kiddo I’m sure he would love it. Would stay again. Highly suggest booking a reservation at the speakeasy, great fun and atmosphere.

This hotel has great appeal and really good customer service. Chase, who worked the front desk was personable, kind, and so helpful! The hotel is perfectly tucked away in a great location off of Congress St., yet easy to access and near many shops and restaurants. I definitely look forward to staying here again!!

We had a great experience with our stay! The staff was absolutely fantastic from The valet to the manager walking the grounds till the wee hours of the night making sure things were in order! We stayed for a staycation one night and it was amazing. You are literally in your own world with the trees and amazing ambience. The housekeeping staff did a great job making sure everything was in perfect order! We also had a drink at the bar and the wait staff/bartenders were awesome! The front desk guy was so helpful and just has a zen calm personality that was overflowing throughout the staff! This was a splurge for us but we will definitely be saving our coins to stay again!!! 10/10

Colton and Ivy made my early check-in experience seamless! I called the night before arrival, and Colton kindly accommodated my request for an early check-in (I was landing at 9 AM and needed to jump straight into scheduled business calls). When I arrived, Ivy efficiently checked me in and even assigned a bright, sunlit room—just what I had hoped for. I highly recommend this hotel!
