The scenery is very good, and the corner windows are very satisfying, especially at night when the lights outside the windows are very impressive. The room is clean and tidy, a little small, but the view is good, these are not important

I very much enjoyed a 4 night stay here over New Year’s Day weekend. It’s a little quirky with 2 hotels in one shared building and check in on the 2nd floor but it’s a terrific hotel. I had a well appointed, very clean room on an upper floor with a great city view. Very good mattress, shower, etc. The restaurant and bar are excellent. Staff is friendly and efficient. The exercise room is fairly large, very clean, and equipment new.
Location is absolutely prime to 6th St, the Capitol, downtown, etc.
While it’s a chain and part of the Marriott family, it has the feel, spirit and individuality of a boutique hotel.
It’s a good value for the price. Even though I’m a regular Marriott traveler with certain discounts, the ******* rate was lower in my case than booking direct..
I would stay here again for sure.

Great location on E 7th Street for exploring downtown, modern fresh design of hotel rooms, clean (great cleaning staff) and floor to window glass making for great views from the room, especially at night. Staff friendly and greeted by a heaving, vibrant pub scene near reception when I arrived at 9pm. Allowed me to have a late checkout which was most appreciated. Roomy, did not feel cramped in the bedroom or bathroom and a fun, spirited place.
