I was assigned Room 100 initially yet keys would not work .
Maid service let us in but told us they had issues with the keys.
I go upfront and front desk assigned another room on third floor.
We came back later that night.
Front desk clerk, Tyler, not calm after hearing complaint about noise in hotel. The noise was so loud I could hear when I walked into front area.
There was three customers at desk. The first two had problems with their room key as well.
Hotel system showed available yet once key given room actually had another's luggage in room.
Tyler not calm & collected as said "This is crazy. I need to get my Manager as this is crazy!"
I had to put $100 deposit for room when I paid before already.
My deposit will take 5-7 days to return to my acct.
I will NOT stay at this hotel.
