The room was nice with good amenities. The breakfast was also good. The parking was only valet. There was the garage across the street where you could park your car. Ask for a quiet room in advance, because a several venues at this area.

I was in the hotel for 5 days but the service was horrible, an employee in the toilet area told me that I couldn't smoke in an area where I've always smoked and all the people smoke, he started taking photos of me and telling me to leave, he touched me call the administrator because I felt that I was discriminated against, I felt offended, I was thinking of staying 3 more days but I preferred to change hotels, I did not want to meet that person again, it was humiliating.

Was very nice for what we needed had some issues at check in and about but staff did take care of it and we're very nice. Would have liked to know before booking that there isn't really anywhere to park cars pretty much need to be valed. Breakfast was very nice through rooms were clean and had all essentials needed.

1. I show up and it’s obvious the carpet is dirty and the shower has debris. 2. It’s noisy, so I ask the front desk for earplugs. She says she doesn’t have any. Then I ask another front desk agent and she finds them. ?!?! 3. WiFi is so slow I have to use my phone as a hotspot. (2mbps upload?). The public library is faster. To their credit they changed my room when I told them about the dirty room. But cmon, it’s Obvious your staff doesn’t vacuum, so that means your carpet is…..? Ahhhhh and Im stuck here for two more days!

Hotel was great!! Staff super friendly! Room was spacious and clean. Location was awesome!! Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We will be staying here every time we come to Austin.

The hotel itself is clean, very friendly staff. However, there is an outdoor music venue on the same block and when there's a show, you legit feel like the show is in your room.

Comfortable room, great location, walk into town. Only valet parking available at $45 per day (on street parking isn free during the day but I was only there overnight.

We loved our stay. Room was large with kitchen. Staff were amazing 10/5 if I could, so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful but needed a bit more variety for a longer stay.

This place was a really lovely respite. Stayed to be close to my work for one night during inclement weather. Arrived in the evening after working a full shift and felt welcomed both at the front desk and at the casual bar. Due to the weather, I didn't want to venture out for dinner. Had a really nice burger and fries at the bar. The food was really good and fresh - the burger was amazing with arugula and a brioche bun.
The room was super clean and comfortable. Everything was in working order. Elevator moved quickly. Plenty of hot water and the toiletries were nice. The bedding was super clean and comfy.
I did not use the parking, and I read comments that said it was $40 or so per night. I wouldn't like that but it is consistent with parking rates at other downtown hotels.
This was a great experience and I look forward to coming back.
