The lobby of this hotel is luxurious and spacious. The hotel room is also large, the bed is comfortable, and the hygiene is good. It is a hotel that exceeds my expectations. The facilities and services are first-class. Even in China, it is considered a top-notch hotel, let alone in the United States.

I was very disappointed in choosing this hotel this time. The carpet in the room had nails in it. Pricked a hole in the sole of the child's foot.

The experience was amazing at Rules & Regs, and the service impeccable. I especially appreciated the service from AJ, Julianna, and Mateo who made the atmosphere extra special for my sister’s birthday. They made recommendations that everyone in the group loved, and basically helped turn an impromptu moment into a quick party. Thanks to the crew for all their contributions to a wonderful experience

Gorgeous hotel in great location, with wonderful customer service. Brea, Royal Service Agent, in particular, went above and beyond in ways you don't often see, and really all of the staff was so eager to do everything to make your stay a great experience. I will definitely return for both business and personal travels.
