We spent out anniversary here and barely even left. It’s everything you need in one place. The staff really makes you feel like they are there to make it the best stay of your life. Loved it. Such a memorable and relaxing time!

One of the worst experiences ever in a luxury level hotel. We were booked for one night . Our room was not available until 5 pm. We were coming off a long flight from UK, so not a nice wait in the bar. We had dinner reservations at 8 for Nido. When we checked with hostess she said if we waited 10 minutes we could have a window seat with the view. Great what a nice offer. We waited and then she sat us at a different table that had been available the whole time because someone came in after us that wanted the window table that she obviously knew. I did not ask in advance for a window seat , so she just created a bad and unprofessional vibe. The food at Nido was very good and our waitress did a great job. I would not recommend this hotel . Also, if you have a lot of luggage you are on your own. Valet but no bell hop. There are a lot of other boutique hotels in Austin that do a great job in this price range.

The Loren at Lady Bird Lake was a fantastic hotel to stay with my daughter for a family trip. The staff are knowledgable and friendly as well as extremely professional. The Hotel is uniquely designed and in the heart of the Lady Bird Lake and a short short trip to all the hot spots Downtown.

We had a wonderful experience at The Loren at Lady Bird Lake in Austin! Celebrating our anniversary, we were delighted to be upgraded through Amex and upgraded even more by the amazing staff. The hotel was incredible, and the service was exceptional. I just can’t say enough positive things. Highly recommend!

Location, Nido, & Valet Friendliness. These are the saving grace of this hotel. The rooms are clean, but nothing makes them stand out. Felt like a “Premium” Courtyard by Marriott.
