The service is good. The restaurant staff are exceptional. The lady at the restaurant has been an fantastic host. The rooms are very tody. The food quality could have been better but its not bad either. The hotel is in the heart of the city. Overall its. 8.5/10

I stayed here for three nights and I didn't feel that I am in hotel, the staff make me feel like homie, specially Abhishek, kshitij, vishakha and danish, always smiling, greetings, and making everyone feel happy 😊 this was my first stay in the hotel but next time whenever i ll be in pune I'll stay here only 😊🙏

I love the food specially the breakfast. The staff is so amicable that it enhances the taste of the food. The dinner is also very nice plus the food was so customised for the kids. I really wish to come back again to Pune lemon tree. Really nice. Rucha thanks

Lemon Tree hotel, Viman Nagar, Pune is an outstanding hotel for your business trip. It offers the best of hygiene and excellent food at their restaurant. The services and courtesy offered by Mr.Yogesh and Vaishnabi in their Housekeeping department , customised food prepared by chef Aniruddha and the highest level of hospitality from Rutik and Abhisekh will always make you happy and compel you to stay there in your next trip to Pune. Good stay, rooms proper cleaned and staff service also very good. Breakfast was also awesome. All staff service was good. Vishakha named staff coordinated very well from start to end. Need to check for the rates only. Need to be little less as charged.

24x7 in-room dining service was helpful, there was an excellent buffet spread, and the overall service was perfect. It's very close to the airport as well. Thanks to Vishakha and the team for the great experience. The housekeeping team also safely stored my earphones that I forgot to take with me during checkout and helped me pick it up later.
