I had requested for interconnected rooms since I was traveling with young kids but I was given not even adjacent but a room on the other side of the long corridor. Beds were very small. My child fell down while sleeping. Overall very bad experience YOY. Thanks"

"I recently stayed at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park from 11th to 12th April 2026 and honestly it turned out to be such a pleasant experience. A special thanks to Shreya Chillal for arranging an early check-in for me and not just slightly early, I was able to check in around 10:30 AM instead of the usual 3 PM. That really made a big difference after the travel. On top of that, she also managed to get my room upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. At the reception, Sanjay made the check-in process smooth and quick, and was very helpful throughout. The restaurant was great as well really good food and overall vibe. Shubham and Saurabh, who assisted with our in-room requests, were extremely polite and well mannered. Their service was prompt and always with a smile. During checkout, Aneesha and Sanjay again ensured everything was handled quickly without any hassle. What really stood out for me was the personal touch Sanjay followed up with a message asking about my stay, which you don’t usually see everywhere. And later, Vanshika called to genuinely understand my experience and if there was anything that could have been better. Overall, it felt less like a routine hotel stay and more like being looked after personally. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Pune and want a mix of comfort, good service, and that extra bit of care."
