"Hotel location is near MRT (metro rail), say 100-150 m walk. Hotel service is quick (ordered food for in room dining, got fulfilled in less than 20 min ). Overall neat and clean. Good Reception area. Food for business stay."

"Front desk has some issues when arranging rooms for us even we checked in after 16:00. Not a very happy check-in experience. There are some black dust on the toilet, don't know what that was. However, good location near the city and good Chinese restaurant inside."

The room is clean, but a little small 7. The snacks kept in the room are not complimentary - only the after bottles are complimentary 8. The view is not great in all the rooms - half the rooms open towards a central courtyard (so privacy isn’t great in those rooms and the windows cannot be opened) 9. No balcony in rooms"
