Location and service wise OK: one slight negative comment the supportive personal is too much sometimes, with sitting manners in the morning, keep pushing things or they need to be avoided by the customer while they are doing their job.

1 The network is very bad, often disconnected from the network can not bear. 2 The room is quite old, there are a lot of mosquitoes, and the rest is not good at night. 3 The outside environment is very good, but what is the use? Not sleeping outside. 4He belongs to Marriott Group, but Marriott members have no rights to book here, and I don't know why Marriott cooperates with such an old hotel.

The food was plentiful and delicious, and the cocktails on the rooftop were great too. As for the room, it was decent, but for some reason, the toilet flush button often wouldn't spring back properly after being pressed, causing the water to run continuously for a while.

Excellent service! Waiter Dhairy, bartender Abhradip Mahata, and Chef Ram Akash were all warm, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. Their genuine hospitality made the experience truly enjoyable.

I requested airport pickup, but reaching the hotel to confirm this was extremely difficult – poor communication and no one seemed responsive. When I finally arrived, the staff came across as cold and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone for the entire stay. To make matters worse, the hotel strictly enforces a ”no outside food” policy. This felt unnecessarily restrictive and inconvenient, especially when you want basic flexibility as a guest. Overall, the service lacked warmth, the communication was frustrating, and the policies made the stay uncomfortable. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others looking for a hassle-free, friendly experience.

My stay here was fantastic! The room was spotless and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. The staff were warm, professional, and very responsive, showing great attention to detail throughout. Both the location and the environment were impeccable. This is definitely a high-quality hotel worth revisiting!

Breakfast is really amazing. Variety or foods are super . I will recommend my friends to avail their services.
