Hhonly421I have stayed in different types of five-star hotels, but Ida B is a very special hotel located in a more rugged mountain privacy, to four-wheel drive to directly to the hotel door, the hotel has a free shuttle, and service is attentive Phee is a courteous housekeeper, a check-in has been one-to-one whatsapp contact, the day rented car problems, I immediately whatsapp Phee, he took the initiative to immediately contact the rental company less than 15 minutes has solved the problem and front desk Ms Flim is also quite attentive.

- room was luxury. Was fairly new.
- rooms large. Has a small kitchen for ordering Grabs
- restaurant was superb. Loved their Piri Piri chicken.

- NOISE. Be prepared to sleep only at 2am. This is Koh Samui’s party area. The resort hotel is right in it. Major bars. We heard the music loud. Hotel does its best but really its the outside noise. Good for those wanting party nights.
- cleaning: its average. We need high cleaning, so most might find acceptable. They dont clean toilets daily!
Everything runs on APP. So if you want service you need your phone with you. If you like us, wanting to get rid of life whilst on holiday, then bring a spare phone!

JJaAei BBeautiful, comfortable accommodation on a private island. In a nice villa with a private swimming pool, perfect for relaxing. The area around the hotel was calm and shady. The beach in front of the school is private. But you can still see the surrounding view and have a delicious breakfast with both A la carte and food lines. The variety of options is good. The wait staff are very helpful and helpful. Long Tai Restaurant has Michelin Selected food with strong flavors. Thai people definitely like it. The view from the restaurant is very good.
Convenient transportation from the airport, not very far distance.

GGuest User5 star service!! 🌟 The Staff are very attentive to every detail. We were a group of 6 and they always had table for when dining. The chefs were amazing!!! They really take there time and pride in delivering great food from the breakfast to dinner. The team go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels special. We definitely visit again.

BBennyBenBenStayed for 8 nights at Sala Samui Choengmon Beach Resort. The villa had its own private pool. Very cozy and nice. The breakfast each morning was really nice. There’s a buffet and you also get one a la carte item for breakfast to go with your buffet. So really good. Staff were super friendly and nice. The hotel evening meals were not so good. Nearby restaurants were way better and much better priced. I wished the food was super good for lunch and dinner as it would have been perfect, but unfortunately, the Thai dishes were a bit sub par, over priced and even beers and cocktails were double or triple what you pay elsewhere. Pool staff were friendly and helpful, but I wish the food and drinks at restaurant and bar were reasonably priced so we could have enjoyed it more. Nearby restaurants offer better experience. Mr Eung restaurant nearby had the best food for that area. A short drive to the best restaurant on the island called Supatrra will show you what you wish the resort had. If the manager of the Sala resort went over there and learnt a thing or two about dining then the resort could be greatly improved. Anyway, resort was nice, just the lunch and dinner needs some attention. Good location, clean and tidy. Shower gel and soaps were not the best so had to buy some outside. Don’t forget your mosquito spray. Overall, a nice experience and very relaxing, just wish the food was better. Fun stuff to do nearby, football golf, Thai cooking class, go kart racing, reggae bar, paddle ball courts, tourist shopping at night market, kickboxing show. We hired a scooter, as it’s not really walking distance to anything but a short scooter ride will get you around the island.

We'd like to give a special shoutout to the Hotel Manager, Boky, and her amazing team for their exceptional professionalism and warm hospitality, which truly enhanced our stay. Initially, we didn’t realize we had booked the wrong room, but Boky kindly upgraded us to an Oceanfront suite. The room was spacious, impeccably maintained, and offered unforgettable, great view!
We’d also like to express our sincere thanks to the restaurant manager and her team for making our dining experiences truly exceptional. Every meal was beautifully presented, and the service was amazing. Their attention to detail and heartfelt hospitality made each visit memorable and special.
We travel often, but this stay stood out because of the exceptional people who went out of their way to make our time memorable. Thank you to everyone at SALA Samui Chaweng Beach Resort, we’ll absolutely be back and will be recommending you to family and friends! 🥰

MMarielleeGarrya Tonsay Bay was a beautiful and peaceful oasis on Koh Samui! We stayed for a couple of nights and loved the variety of included activities, from morning yoga and Muay Thai to circuit classes, paddle boarding, and snorkeling—all very well organized. The restaurant was excellent; we enjoyed the ”Taste of Northern Thailand” dinner, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had. The staff was amazing, incredibly friendly, and attentive to every detail. Highly recommend this relaxing retreat!

GGuest UserThis was the first hotel I stayed at in Koh Samui, out of four in total (this one, Holiday Inn, Conrad, Anantara). This place definitely offered the best value for money.
Upon arrival at the front desk, I was pleasantly surprised to find a Thai lady who spoke fluent Chinese, and there was also another Chinese staff member. What really delighted and amused me was a foreign gentleman who spoke perfect Shanghainese; he shared that he grew up in Shanghai. He even treated me to a fantastic Thai dinner – the kind where you could order anything off the menu with absolutely no limits!
The entire hotel is absolutely stunning, and the service is exceptional. While the breakfast was a slight letdown, it certainly didn't detract from the overall experience. Even after returning home, I still miss this place dearly.

AAnonymous UserEverything about this hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff was fantastic—very attentive and professional. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the property itself was stunning, with beautiful landscaping and plenty of areas to relax. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, offering a wide variety of high-quality options.
However, there are a couple of downsides. The beach line is quite narrow, and the sand is relatively coarse, though this seems to be a characteristic of the entire North Coast. Additionally, the rooms are designed in a way that you can hear your neighbors, as they are separated by connecting doors. This can occasionally affect privacy and quietness.
Overall, despite these minor issues, everything else was perfect, and I would still highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay!
