GGuest UserAfter leaving SALA, I went to the Internet celebrity Sheng Tailan. When I arrived at the hotel lobby, I was in a trance in Sanya. When I walked into the room, I missed SALA all the time. When you come to Thailand, you must experience the unique Thai-style villas. The various details and services of SALA are even more memorable. This is a vacation, especially recommended with children. The waves on the beach are small and the sand is fine, so it is perfect.

GGuest UserQuite a new hotel, open in Jan 2024. Very Nice and clean in which the designer looks into every little detailing in designing the room. All the staff are very friendly and polite.
I book a room with private pool but upon check in, there is no bathtub in the room. So we request to change room with bathtub, their friendly staff, Nat, show us the room, help to change and upgrade the room for us.
Hotel is near lots of nice restaurants and places of interest. Breakfast food provided is very nice and we enjoy the breakfast very much for 3 days.
They provide activities like pilates, hydro fit exercise in the morning and evening and free ice-cream and 1 For 1 drinks at the poolside.
Overall, a very nice and friendly hotel which we will come back again.

SSom RI spent a week at Cape Fahn, a private island resort in Thailand, and it was unforgettable. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the views were breathtaking. Dining at Long Dtai restaurant was a highlight, with exceptional Southern Thai cuisine and fresh seafood. The serene atmosphere and excellent service made my stay delightful. I can't wait to return for my next vacation.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for a few nights for our honeymoon and the staff made our experience very special. The room was gorgeous and we had an amazing view of the sea. The resort is huge but they offer buggy services 24/7 which made it very easy to get around. We used the free shuttle service to Chaweng Central which was a very convenient way of getting to town and back. I would say the only downside to this resort was how far away it is from everything but the shuttle service definitely helped with this. Overall I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking to have a relaxing time in Koh Samui. We will definitely be back in the future!!

GGuest UserGreat for photos, everywhere is beautiful with very thoughtful design. There are mysterious little trinkets everywhere.
The cliffside restaurant is absolutely stunning, perfect for sunset, though we didn't get one. The male manager there was great to chat with, super friendly and made the experience really enjoyable.
The beaches are numerous and very private, really nice and give a sense of adventure.
Big thumbs up for the pool! Swam for ages, barely anyone there, and it's long and beautiful.
Lots of Chinese guests, haha.
The charming front desk lady was very efficient.
However, the air conditioning was very loud. Even on the lowest setting, it was still very cold and noisy. The balcony design was quite interesting, but it's not a villa.

We'd like to give a special shoutout to the Hotel Manager, Boky, and her amazing team for their exceptional professionalism and warm hospitality, which truly enhanced our stay. Initially, we didn’t realize we had booked the wrong room, but Boky kindly upgraded us to an Oceanfront suite. The room was spacious, impeccably maintained, and offered unforgettable, great view!
We’d also like to express our sincere thanks to the restaurant manager and her team for making our dining experiences truly exceptional. Every meal was beautifully presented, and the service was amazing. Their attention to detail and heartfelt hospitality made each visit memorable and special.
We travel often, but this stay stood out because of the exceptional people who went out of their way to make our time memorable. Thank you to everyone at SALA Samui Chaweng Beach Resort, we’ll absolutely be back and will be recommending you to family and friends! 🥰

GGuest UserThe room was quite good, but the food was very mediocre. On top of that, I found the service to be extremely poor; for this price, I'd rather go to Six Senses.
I had an unpleasant experience with the hotel, but the Trip.com customer service manager promptly handled the situation. I didn't ask for any compensation, but Trip.com protected my rights as a consumer. From now on, I will no longer use other services and will become a loyal Trip.com user.

From the moment we arrived, the resort’s beautiful setting captivated us, nestled within a lovely, protected harbour that ensured calm, swimmable waters and a profound sense of tranquility.
The property itself is a masterpiece of Thai design, with lush, manicured gardens leading to a deep, inviting pool area and a pristine, clean beach dotted with comfortable chaise lounges. It was the ideal spot to unwind with a book or simply listen to the gentle waves. Our room was a haven of quiet luxury, providing a peaceful retreat after days filled with sunshine.
The facilities are top-tier, but what truly elevates the experience is the staff. Incredibly attentive and genuinely warm, they anticipated our needs with a smile, making us feel truly valued. The resort also masterfully balances relaxation with entertainment. We particularly enjoyed the fun weekly BBQ night on the beach, where a dazzling fire show lit up the palm-fringed sky, complemented by talented live singers who created a magical atmosphere.
Dining was a consistent delight. The sumptuous breakfast buffet offered an astounding variety of international and local dishes, setting us up perfectly for the day. A highlight was arranging a romantic dinner on the beach—an unforgettable experience of exquisite food with sand between our toes.
For a change of pace, a short stroll placed us amidst plenty of local shops and cafes, though the resort’s allure often made it hard to leave. The Royal Mueang Samui is a rare find—a peaceful, luxurious sanctuary that also knows how to have a little fun. We left feeling utterly pampered and are already dreaming of our return.

MMarielleeGarrya Tonsay Bay was a beautiful and peaceful oasis on Koh Samui! We stayed for a couple of nights and loved the variety of included activities, from morning yoga and Muay Thai to circuit classes, paddle boarding, and snorkeling—all very well organized. The restaurant was excellent; we enjoyed the ”Taste of Northern Thailand” dinner, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had. The staff was amazing, incredibly friendly, and attentive to every detail. Highly recommend this relaxing retreat!

GGuest UserI’ll start to say that the overall stay was nice, beautiful resort, nice view, well located.
But a few things important to relate, the bed was very hard, mattress uncomfortable, pillows flat, bed sheets old. After 5 nights spent there, both my gf and I suffered from back pain. Then the socket on the bed side table was broken, on our last night, the water stopped when I was right in the middle of showering and the toilets were clogged from time to time. Lastly there was way too much chlorine inside our private pool.
