1. Fantastic view of the sunset and Koh Samui from a high point
2. Very stylish interior and exterior, magnificent furniture and decorations made of wood

5. The hotel room is very spacious, clean and comfortable, with plenty of outlets, a projector for watching movies, a separate spa area and a great bathroom

Everything in this hotel is thought out to the smallest detail so that guests feel comfortable. For me, every day here was like a holiday, full of relaxation and beauty.
I'm really happy that we're visited this place
No problem, but as feedback from us, the food in the restaurant was a bit ”bland”, especially the fish, I would like a more intense taste. But healthy food lovers would like it :)

From the moment we arrived at Marasca, we knew we were in for something special. The resort is very well-secured at the entrance, giving us peace of mind right away. The front office team was simply superb—friendly, efficient, and attentive in just the right way.
Our porter was quick to assist with our luggage, no fuss, no wait—just seamless service. Although early check-in wasn’t available when we arrived, the hotel’s app made all the difference. Through the app, we could explore the resort, make requests, and track our room status. Eventually, we received a notification that our room was ready—such a convenient system!
The room itself? Immaculate! Spotless and thoughtfully designed with a massive bed, a sparkling clean shower area, a cozy separate seating space, and an automated toilet that lifts the cover for you. No-touch toilet seat? That’s a huge bonus!
We were also greeted with a delightful welcome basket in the room, packed with special drinks, snacks, and even a handwritten postcard by the General Manager. It was such a warm and personal touch—it’s hard not to fall in love with the place instantly.
We did try the spa, and while it’s on the pricier side, the service and facilities were absolutely worth every penny—top-notch from start to finish.
Cabanas, the beach club at Marasca, is another highlight. Ultra-chilled vibes, beautifully designed with lush greenery, comfy furniture, and a view that opens right up to Chaweng Beach. It was the perfect place to unwind.
Breakfast? Impressive. A great mix of Western and Asian dishes, plus a healthy spread of salads, pastries, yogurt, juices, and smoothies. The little touches like free healthy shots in the morning and ice cream in the afternoon truly made our stay even more enjoyable!
Marasca also offers daily activities for guests, so you’ll never run out of things to do.
To sum it all up: this is, hands down, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Huge shoutout to the amazing team—Mo, Tony, Ja, Chet, Jenny, Puppup, Andy, Pui, Golf, and the rest whose names I can’t recall. Your teamwork and hospitality were unforgettable.
We will definitely be coming back. See you again, Marasca!

The resort’s location is simply breathtaking. Situated on a secluded island off the coast of Koh Samui, Cape Fahn offers a level of privacy and exclusivity that is unmatched. Accessible only by boat, the journey to the island sets the tone for an unforgettable escape from the ordinary.
Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a refreshing welcome drink. The staff’s attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the seamless check-in process to the thoughtful gestures that made me feel like a valued guest.
My villa exceeded all expectations. Perched on the edge of the azure sea, it offered panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding islands. The interior design was elegant and refined, with every amenity imaginable to ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay. The private infinity pool and spacious terrace provided the perfect setting for relaxation and contemplation.
Dining at Cape Fahn was a culinary delight. The resort’s restaurants served a variety of gourmet dishes inspired by local flavors, each prepared with precision and creativity. Whether enjoying a romantic dinner under the stars or a leisurely lunch by the pool, every meal was a feast for the senses.
The resort’s facilities were equally impressive. From the infinity-edge swimming pool to the state-of-the-art fitness center, there was no shortage of ways to unwind and rejuvenate. I particularly enjoyed the spa, where I indulged in a blissful massage overlooking the ocean, leaving me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Overall, my experience at Cape Fahn Hotel, Koh Samui, surpassed all expectations. It’s a sanctuary of luxury and serenity, where every moment is cherished and every need is anticipated. I can’t wait to return to this hidden gem in paradise.

Lovely staff, great facilities, very baby friendly and family supportive. The beach is really private and no trespassing of unknown people happening. Staff is ready to assist with any questions and provide any help. For example we asked about nanny and they were keen to help to find it outside of hotel. It is absolutely great. Service, and atmosphere is beyond and your stay is literally crafted for your needs in a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
Hopefully I have a chance to come there again

GGuest UserAfter leaving SALA, I went to the Internet celebrity Sheng Tailan. When I arrived at the hotel lobby, I was in a trance in Sanya. When I walked into the room, I missed SALA all the time. When you come to Thailand, you must experience the unique Thai-style villas. The various details and services of SALA are even more memorable. This is a vacation, especially recommended with children. The waves on the beach are small and the sand is fine, so it is perfect.

Initially, we didn’t realize we had booked the wrong room, but Boky kindly upgraded us to an Oceanfront suite. The room was spacious, impeccably maintained, and offered unforgettable, great view!
We’d also like to express our sincere thanks to the restaurant manager and her team for making our dining experiences truly exceptional. Every meal was beautifully presented, and the service was amazing. Their attention to detail and heartfelt hospitality made each visit memorable and special.

MMarielleeGarrya Tonsay Bay was a beautiful and peaceful oasis on Koh Samui! We stayed for a couple of nights and loved the variety of included activities, from morning yoga and Muay Thai to circuit classes, paddle boarding, and snorkeling—all very well organized. The restaurant was excellent; we enjoyed the ”Taste of Northern Thailand” dinner, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had. The staff was amazing, incredibly friendly, and attentive to every detail. Highly recommend this relaxing retreat!

YYadiannuozhuzhuThe furniture design in the room had flaws. Photo 1 shows the foot of the bed, where the wooden corners were extremely sharp. My family of three all ended up with scratches or bumps from these corners. If you have young children, this truly poses a significant safety hazard. Photo 2 shows the washbasin, which was very shallow, and the faucet wasn't splash-proof, so water splashed everywhere as soon as it was turned on.
The hotel is massive, and you need to call an electric buggy to get around. Upon arrival, the young lady who helped us with check-in was very sweet and spoke excellent Chinese; my first impression was initially very good. However, we waited almost an hour for our room in a very large lounge near the beach. There was also construction going on near our room. In the afternoon, while resting in the room, the power went out a few times, but it was quickly restored each time. When we went out for dinner in the evening, I informed the hotel about these issues, and they said they would send someone to check. Who knew that evening, while I was showering, the power suddenly went out again and lasted for about 20 minutes? I finished showering in complete darkness, and the hotel only offered a phone call apology.
The most infuriating part was the next day: I called an electric buggy to go to the spa, but it never arrived even after half an hour. I called again to ask if they had forgotten, and they told me it would be there shortly and to wait a bit longer. A few minutes later, the phone rang, saying the buggy had arrived and I should come out. To my surprise, when I came out, that buggy was carrying other guests! They actually explained that someone else came out before me. So, I asked, did those other guests book a buggy? If they did, shouldn't two buggies have been dispatched? I was absolutely livid and gave them an earful. After swimming at the spa, I returned to my room, and their manager, Pony, came over. She understood the situation and apologized to me. Finally, to express their apology, she covered our dinner on the beach that evening. I suppose this is what a large resort group should do for crisis management.

The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the property itself was stunning, with beautiful landscaping and plenty of areas to relax. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, offering a wide variety of high-quality options.
However, there are a couple of downsides. The beach line is quite narrow, and the sand is relatively coarse, though this seems to be a characteristic of the entire North Coast. Additionally, the rooms are designed in a way that you can hear your neighbors, as they are separated by connecting doors. This can occasionally affect privacy and quietness.
Overall, despite these minor issues, everything else was perfect, and I would still highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay!
