This is the second time I've stayed here, and it's as good as ever. As soon as you go out of the room, you can see the swimming pool and the beach, and Chaweng Street on the other side, which is very convenient. And the breakfast is very delicious, much better than the buffet breakfast in other hotels

I rarely write reviews, but the service experience of this hotel is really terrible. I found it incredible when I saw someone on other platforms say that the service staff were "fierce" to the guests, but the attitude of a middle-aged man who looked like a manager could at least be described as vulgar. Objectively speaking, most of the employees are still very hardworking, but they do not show that they are well-trained. This is definitely not a hotel that cares about the customer's experience, it is just a facade.

I highly recommend this hotel's private pool villa. It's super large, almost like a courtyard with a large swimming pool in the middle. The environment is super good, super clean and tidy. The super big bed can sleep six or seven people side by side, and there is also a small bed. The way in is also very pleasant. It feels like it is surrounded by stone walls, which makes it extremely safe. Children need to pay an additional THB 650 per person per night, including breakfast. The breakfast is also great and exquisite. It's on the page. Each person can choose 3 dishes. There are 6 of us in the group and we can't order 18 dishes at all. We are full after 12 or 3. It is recommended to order a Western-style omelet, which is very delicious. tasty. There is a beach next to the hotel swimming pool. The sand is very fine, soft and clean, and it is very comfortable to walk on with bare feet. The red swimming pool is stunning and eye-catching. Everyone from the front desk to the waiters was very welcoming. When we came back from outside and it was raining, the waiters even caught up with us and gave us umbrellas. Later we changed hotels and stored our luggage at the front desk.
