My recent stay at Eldor’s villa in Koh Samui was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Eldor’s professionalism and warmth made us feel instantly welcome. He arranged a seamless airport transfer, ensuring we arrived safely at the villa without any hassle. Upon arrival, Eldor greeted us with genuine hospitality, even helping with our luggage.
The villa itself was **huge and fully equipped**—spacious, immaculate, and beautifully designed. We stayed in the **Honeymoon Villa** on the second floor, which offered breathtaking views and total privacy. Eldor took the time to thoroughly explain every facility in the villa, including the **fully functional kitchen** with a microwave, stovetop, and other cooking essentials—perfect for preparing meals at home. The attention to detail was impressive: complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, and toothbrushes), fresh towels, and even pool towels were provided.
The highlight was undoubtedly the **private infinity pool**—large, clean, and overlooking the sea. Whether swimming at sunrise or under the stars, the pool was pure bliss, with no disturbances and complete seclusion. The villa’s air conditioning was powerful (a lifesaver in the tropical heat!), and the floor-to-ceiling glass doors in the living room allowed us to admire the pool and ocean views while lounging indoors.
What amazed me most was the **flawless cleanliness**—not a single insect in sight! The entire property was meticulously maintained, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Eldor’s villa surpassed even high-end chain hotels in terms of quality, privacy, and value for money.
Without a doubt, this was my **best villa experience ever**, and I’ll enthusiastically recommend it to friends.

JJustin Ho FungMy time at Sand Sea Beach Resort was overwhelmingly positive, thanks to the incredible hospitality and attention to detail. While there was a small mix-up on the first day—I was placed in a sea-view room instead of the beachfront room I’d booked—the staff promptly corrected the error the next day. Though I wish the transition had been seamless, the rooms were equally priced, and the team handled the situation professionally.
Beyond that, the service here is outstanding. The staff’s thoughtfulness surpassed even my experiences at five-star hotels—they genuinely care about guest comfort. One evening when I stayed offsite, they even reached out via WhatsApp to check on me! I regret not catching the names of the help desk team, as they were all exceptional.
As for the beachfront room, it was breathtaking. Waking up to floor-to-ceiling views of the ocean felt like a dream. The resort’s atmosphere, combined with the staff’s warmth, made this a memorable stay.
Minor rooming issue aside, I highly recommend Sand Sea Beach Resort. They’re clearly dedicated to excellence, and I’d gladly return. A bright future awaits this team!

RrussianadventurerIt’s a nice hotel with nice rooms. All facilities are very good and do your stay better. Unfortunately the clean service is very bad. I asked to wash floors in my room and also on balcony, when I returned i checked: balcony was clean thank you, but the room wasn’t at all - the same stains and hairs and dust under the bed 😓 Twice during my 2 nights stay there were firs alarm in the morning at 6:00 for 30 minutes irritation noice which woke me up and didn’t make me concentrated, unfortunately the hotel didn’t do any complimentary after such case, thanks for sorry by the way, but it is not enough. Still the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Do not understand why clients couldn’t park their moto in front of the hotel 🤔 Pool on the roof top is micro small just for pigeons 😅 who like to wash there 🥲

RRobinovichExcellent hotel in a fantastic location. It's just a few minutes' walk to the sea and the beach, with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and always willing to help. An excellent combination of comfort and location, making it ideal for a perfect holiday. This isn't our first stay at this hotel, and it certainly won't be our last! 👍😄

JJason2023Location: short walk to lots of bars/restaurants but just out of the way so you cant hear any noise. 30 seconds to the beach but be aware there are those annoying Europeans who leave towels on chairs but hardly use them. The beach is clean here. Take mosquito spray in the evening.
I was given an upgrade to the B block - if you book a room in C block you will be closest to the road so may hear noise there. I was about half way between the road and the beach and couldn't hear any road noise at all, but the rooms have thin walls so you will hear other guests if they stay up late talking loudly.
Service was very good - room cleaned every day, bottled water etc all topped up daily. Motorbike rental just 250 baht a day, no deposit so book through reception for a much easier and safer booking experience. Very efficient and friendly staff.
The room is a good size and yes a little old but totally acceptable for me - i am not particularly fussy if I feel i am getting what i pay for and this hotel felt like excellent value for money, i'm happy i stayed there and would book again.
Ask for instructions on the safe as none are provides (press the reset button inside the back of the door, enter your new 4 digit pin followed by #).
Get the wifi password from reception as it isn't provided in the room.
*IMPORTANT*
Some renovation work is going on now (from 20th Dec) - a few rooms being renovated on B block so there could be noise between 9 or 10am to 6pm, check before you book!

Perfect location 👍🏻 right on the beach next to Lip smackers bar. Resort also has a good happy hour every evening with live music.
