My recent stay at Eldor’s villa in Koh Samui was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Eldor’s professionalism and warmth made us feel instantly welcome. He arranged a seamless airport transfer, ensuring we arrived safely at the villa without any hassle. Upon arrival, Eldor greeted us with genuine hospitality, even helping with our luggage.
The villa itself was **huge and fully equipped**—spacious, immaculate, and beautifully designed. We stayed in the **Honeymoon Villa** on the second floor, which offered breathtaking views and total privacy. Eldor took the time to thoroughly explain every facility in the villa, including the **fully functional kitchen** with a microwave, stovetop, and other cooking essentials—perfect for preparing meals at home. The attention to detail was impressive: complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, and toothbrushes), fresh towels, and even pool towels were provided.
The highlight was undoubtedly the **private infinity pool**—large, clean, and overlooking the sea. Whether swimming at sunrise or under the stars, the pool was pure bliss, with no disturbances and complete seclusion. The villa’s air conditioning was powerful (a lifesaver in the tropical heat!), and the floor-to-ceiling glass doors in the living room allowed us to admire the pool and ocean views while lounging indoors.
What amazed me most was the **flawless cleanliness**—not a single insect in sight! The entire property was meticulously maintained, making our stay incredibly comfortable. Eldor’s villa surpassed even high-end chain hotels in terms of quality, privacy, and value for money.
Without a doubt, this was my **best villa experience ever**, and I’ll enthusiastically recommend it to friends.

JJustin Ho FungMy time at Sand Sea Beach Resort was overwhelmingly positive, thanks to the incredible hospitality and attention to detail. While there was a small mix-up on the first day—I was placed in a sea-view room instead of the beachfront room I’d booked—the staff promptly corrected the error the next day. Though I wish the transition had been seamless, the rooms were equally priced, and the team handled the situation professionally.
Beyond that, the service here is outstanding. The staff’s thoughtfulness surpassed even my experiences at five-star hotels—they genuinely care about guest comfort. One evening when I stayed offsite, they even reached out via WhatsApp to check on me! I regret not catching the names of the help desk team, as they were all exceptional.
As for the beachfront room, it was breathtaking. Waking up to floor-to-ceiling views of the ocean felt like a dream. The resort’s atmosphere, combined with the staff’s warmth, made this a memorable stay.
Minor rooming issue aside, I highly recommend Sand Sea Beach Resort. They’re clearly dedicated to excellence, and I’d gladly return. A bright future awaits this team!

AAnonymous UserActually, I was really impressed with many things, such as the excellent services from all the staff, the peaceful and private atmosphere, and the beautiful accommodations. The view from my room (Executive Suite Oceanfront) was stunning both in the morning and evening. It made me feel like I was getting my money's worth and that I made the right choice over a major 5-star hotel. Even though there was no TV or other entertainments, I was able to fully immerse myself in the accommodations and atmosphere.
Then, the last night here, I discovered a cockroach in the bathroom at night (around 10 PM). At that time, there were no staff were available to help me (there’s no in room telephone for any emergency call). So I had to remove the cockroach out of my room myself. When I notified the staff via Line, all I received was an apology and a thank you for letting me know.
When I woke up in the morning, everyone acted as if nothing had happened (there were actually lizards, but that was acceptable and understandable for me).
I didn't expect any major responsibility, but compared to hotels with rooms as expensive as 5-stars, I think cockroaches in the rooms are absolutely unacceptable. I think the hotel should handle customer feelings better. The hotel manager or management should be aware of this and have a better approach to handling customer feelings.

RrussianadventurerIt’s a nice hotel with nice rooms. All facilities are very good and do your stay better. Unfortunately the clean service is very bad. I asked to wash floors in my room and also on balcony, when I returned i checked: balcony was clean thank you, but the room wasn’t at all - the same stains and hairs and dust under the bed 😓 Twice during my 2 nights stay there were firs alarm in the morning at 6:00 for 30 minutes irritation noice which woke me up and didn’t make me concentrated, unfortunately the hotel didn’t do any complimentary after such case, thanks for sorry by the way, but it is not enough. Still the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Do not understand why clients couldn’t park their moto in front of the hotel 🤔 Pool on the roof top is micro small just for pigeons 😅 who like to wash there 🥲

GGuest UserThe hotel is very well located, in the center of all entertainment, there are many cafes nearby. The beach is good, deep enough for swimming (low tides are not noticeable), the beach is cleaned, there are sun loungers from the hotel. (Of course, the mattresses on the sun loungers should be changed). We took a deluxe room, the room is clean, they clean every day, change the bed linen, towels. The hotel territory is well-kept, the hotel staff cleans up every morning.

GGuest UserI stayed at Samui Verticolor and overall had a really good experience. The location is excellent, close to Chaweng beach, shops, and plenty of restaurants. The rooms are clean, colorful, and comfortable, with decent amenities for the price. The pool area is nice for relaxing, and staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The only downsides were that the Wi-Fi could be a bit patchy at times, and breakfast options were limited. But for the value and location, it’s definitely a solid choice in Samui.

GGuest UserA beautiful, well-maintained hotel. Delicious breakfasts are served in an open-air restaurant overlooking the sea. The rooms are clean, and the grounds are lush and green. The location is convenient, offering direct access to the sea. However, swimming isn't possible directly in front of the hotel due to shallow water and corals. A fantastic beach, perfect for swimming, is just a 10-minute walk to the right. The only minor downside was that upon check-in, we noticed a damp smell. It seemed to be coming from the towels, though, as after they were replaced on the second day, the smell completely disappeared.

The above part of the room, such as the table top, the bedside will not be cleaned as long as the air conditioner is empty. Breathing room found a worm two big spiders toilet floor ant hotel is the most terrible is breakfast I have never seen so many flies breakfast from small to large, some of the open-side food at the poolside is not covered with plastic wrap and flies directly You have to keep looking at your own dish, or you have to keep an eye on your own dish. Otherwise, the sliced bread is placed on a shelf against the wall. It is easy to see that the ants are too disgusting to run. There are many flies in the room. The ants are too collapsed. There are only one or two waiters in the room. There is no smile. No smile may be because they are more tired.
