Welcome to Samui, accommodation suitable for short trips or side trips - long time no investment in inventory etc. The staff are always friendly and put a lot of effort into this workplace.
If you are not fussy about cleanliness and don't question when the last cleaning was, this is the right place.
Otherwise very well located, always easy to get to by motorbike.
There are a few too many bars up the road for fun, but the 5 minute walk to the beach makes up for that.

The rooms are spacious and clean. We arrived around 8am and were allowed to check in early. The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. In front of the hotel there is a motorbike rental place. We got a room with a balcony and a view of the hills.

The hotel itself was very nice- the stand were friendly and the room was clean! It’s a quick walk to the beach and to some good restaurants. It has a pool downstairs and also another pool and beach at the sister hotel down the road.
Only downside was some of the other guests were very noisy. Like all night partying on three occasions. In the end we asked to move rooms and the hotel staff were fine with it, but worth mentioning as it definitely affected our stay here.
