The room was without a balcony on the second floor, right above 7eleven. We checked in and a mouse greeted us in the room. It's unpleasant, there are no words. Due to the lack of a balcony, it is impossible to dry things in the room (and there is nowhere, there is no dryer) they simply do not dry out - they are damp. Breakfast is average, but made-to-order dishes and pizza are delicious. The staff are smart. The location is great, the beach is great.

Nice, clean and spacious rooms with good facilities and in excellent condition (just renovated?), good location right on the very beautiful Chaweng Beach, good breakfast (omelettes and other freshly prepared egg dishes were available on request), friendly staff, we were completely satisfied.
The hotel restaurant was also good, everything was obviously freshly prepared.
The hotel is recommended for families with children.
The only disadvantage: there are no elevators. However, the hotel staff will help with transporting luggage to the rooms. People with walking difficulties should book a room on the lower floor or a villa.

Advantages: great location, very good breakfast, very friendly staff, all wishes are catered for, green, well-kept area, clean beach.
Suggestions for improvement: Change beach towels without asking, use liquid soap instead of solid soap.
Disadvantages: Equipment is a bit outdated.

Overall it was good. We booked a garden view bungalow, but changed it to a seaview room and that was the best design. Thanks to the stuff. Breakfast was just okay. The beach was really close and that was the best part!

Overall I enjoyed my stay in this hotel.
The beach gets quite narrow when the tide is high but the stuff still manages to put the sunbeds there.
The breakfast for a 3 star hotel is really very good.
The hotel itself is already a bit old but you pay 3 star and get it.
Best of all is the very friendly stuff. From reception, room maid, restaurant, bar and beach all of the stuffs are very friendly and makes you feel comfortable.

Large hotel with beautiful green areas. Very large three-level swimming pool. The rooms are large and there is a sofa in addition to the bed. Kettle with set for tea and coffee. Nice robes, slippers, umbrellas. Clean beach with sun loungers. Good buffet breakfast.
