4-Star Hotels in Jeju City

We stayed here for 6 nights and had a very comfortable and pleasant experience—it truly felt like a home away from home. Housekeeping is done daily, which was a big plus. They replenished one 2-litre water bottles, provided four small towels, and emptied the trash every day, keeping the room consistently clean and tidy. The room comes with a small kitchenette that is well equipped with cutlery, drinking glasses, shot glasses, a kettle, microwave, and a full-size household refrigerator with both freezer and fridge compartments. There is also an electric stove, though the only downside is that no pots or pans are provided, so cooking is limited. One of the highlights is the large, human-sized window that can be opened to let in fresh air, along with an amazing scenic view outside. The bathroom is clean and modern, designed in soothing neutral tones. They provide good-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and the high-pressure shower is excellent—perfect for a refreshing bath after a long day. The TV includes Netflix access without needing to log in to your own account, which is very convenient. The owner is extremely kind and friendly. Since we had a longer stay, she kindly allowed us to use the washing machine, provided clothes hangers, and arranged a place for us to air-dry our laundry, which was very thoughtful. The location is excellent—directly opposite the property is a 24-hour 7-Eleven. In the early morning, there’s also a café at the lobby selling coffee and baked goods, which is especially helpful as many eateries in Jeju only open around 10:30 am. One thing to note: check-in should be done early, as the staff do not work overnight. After 7:30 pm, there will be no one available to hand over keys. Overall, this is a very welcoming place, and we truly appreciated the comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. We would definitely return and stay here again.

So glad I spent so much time choosing this accommodation! It’s a truly clean, neat, and stylish place. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought and effort into every detail, which made our stay very pleasant. From the basic amenities to the generous supply of towels, the water dispenser, microwave, and even basic seasonings – you really just need to bring yourselves. With our family of four, we especially appreciated having two bathrooms, which was a huge plus. We arrived on a hot summer day, and the air conditioning was already on, which was a thoughtful touch! Plus, the unmanned cafe on the first floor with iced Americanos and ice was super convenient. There’s really nothing not to like about this place; it’s excellent! I’ve already recommended it to friends, and I’ll definitely be back next time I visit Jeju.

The hotel's sea view is absolutely stunning, and the owner is warm and provides excellent service. The accommodation is very comfortable, and the surrounding restaurants, convenience stores, and transportation are quite convenient. It's about a 40-minute taxi ride to the airport and around 30 minutes to Shilla Duty-Free in the city center. You can go for a morning run along the coastline, and the sunsets are also incredible. It was a fantastic experience.

리뷰 보고 예약했는데, 말 그대로 사장님께서 참 친절하세요.. 구경 다니다 숙소 언제 갈지 몰라 도착해서 베이비 풀 사용 여부 여쭤 보려 했는데 오후 5시 좀 넘어서 도착했더니 반갑게 맞이해 주셨어요. 연락처가 이상하게 되어 있어 연락을 못하셨다고 하시면서 베이비 풀 사용 할 거냐고 먼저 물어 봐주시고, 겨울이라 늦은 시간인데도 사용 할 수 있냐고 여쭤보니 청소하고 해주시겠다고 하셨어요.(2시간 반정도 소요) 마침 사용할 방에 풀 타일이 훼손 되어 수리 해야 된다며, 옆 방으로 옮겨서 사용하게 해주셨어요. 우리가 간 날은 평일이고 비성수기라 마침 방이 비어있어서 가능했어요. (애들이 추운데도 물 속은 따뜻하니 엄청 좋아 했어요.. 한 시간 정도 놀았는데 재밌어 했어요.) 방 옮기느라 쌀쌀하다며 온풍기도 주시고, 모닝 커피도 주시고, 아침 제공 안되는 걸로 알고 있어서 나가서 먹으려는데, 마지막 날엔 신경 써서 챙겨주셔서 너~~무 감사했어요.. 남편 일 때문에 여행을 잘 못 가서 정말 오랜만에 갔다 왔는데, 정말 잘 쉬고 좋은 추억 쌓고 와서 좋으네요^^

Generally good commmnents for Astar hotel. Not far from airport (around 3KM）, Taxi to downtown and restaurant streest is more convenient (around 20-30 RMB). My daughter likes breakfast because of fresh orange juice, korean dishes, reheating bread and sausages. Like looking smiles everyday from waiters and waitress of restaurant. It's clean and efficient for room service everyday; front desk service also quite good, quick check in and out, I always see the looks GM sir walks around at loobby and restaurnt saying hello to guests in the early morning. I appreciate this atmosphere in Jeju trip.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. There's a 7-Eleven on the second floor of the building, and a bus stop right outside. You can get here from the airport on bus 600 or 601, it's just one stop away. A 24-hour pork backbone soup restaurant and Olive Young are just a few steps downstairs, and a CU convenience store is across the street. The room is clean and comfortable, and you can see the sea from the window.

This is a budget-friendly hotel, and the rooms look exactly like the pictures provided by the vendor – clean and tidy. Despite being economical, it's right across from a super beautiful beach, offering incredible value for money. You can literally just put on your swimsuit in the room. There are convenient shower facilities right next to the hotel, and after a rinse, you can grab an ice cup and coffee concentrate from the supermarket next door, then sit on a bench out front and enjoy the breeze – pure bliss. On Fridays, there are lots of shops around, including a famous beauty store that's about a 10-minute walk away, spanning two large floors for one-stop shopping. You'll also find Starbucks, BBQ, seafood, fried chicken, ice cream, and bars. I highly recommend this hotel for a summer vacation. I didn't take pictures of the hotel room, so I'll just show you the super beautiful beach across from it.

The facilities are clean and the location overlooking the sea has a wonderful view. The bed is quite comfortable and the room is spacious. Language barrier can be a bit tough and the bath towels could be upgraded and renewed. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The hotel is conveniently located about 2.4km from the airport and offers breakfast. It's a typical budget business hotel often used by tour groups. The rooms are small, and it can get crowded, so the value for money isn't great. However, the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions and provide directions to tourist attractions after looking them up online. It's also about a 20-minute drive to the Olle Trail, accessible via subway line 16.
