정인조It's good with glass windows I had a Dutch coffee in the morning, looking at the sea. Those who don't take bottled water! There is also a water purifier inside the hostel ㅎ Thank you for your careful consideration.

GGuest UserI traveled to Jeju Island with my daughter and we stayed in Hamdeok for the first three days. For the last two days, I wanted to be closer to the airport, so we decided to stay in the city. After a lot of searching and comparing prices, location, and reviews of hotels in the area, we settled on this one. Overall, it's a good hotel with excellent value for money. It's clean and quiet at night, set back a bit from the road. It's about a five-minute walk to Lotte Duty Free, and along the way, there are places like Gamjatang (pork bone soup) restaurants, Olive Young, and ABC Mart, as well as other souvenir shops. It's very convenient for taking taxis, shopping, and dining. The airport is also very close, about a ten-minute taxi ride. The hotel staff were okay; not overly enthusiastic, but not rude either. For this price point, it's perfectly fine.

AAnnaVichWe changed to this hotel after staying one night a another one we didn't like in the same price range. The experience here was much better. Everything was comfortable and the view from the roof is really cool - you can watch the planes landing during the sunset. Keep in mind that, of course, it's a budget hotel and the pool is more for kids (very shallow). I'd stay there again.

YYeyeyeyeyeyeyeyeyeziFirst off, regarding communication, Chinese guests shouldn't have too many problems checking in. While the front desk staff don't speak Chinese, simple communication is possible for booking rooms. However, making specific requests might be challenging. Check-in is at 3 PM local time, and check-out is at 11 AM, which differs from what we're used to in China. Next, about the room environment: they provide China-standard three-pin plugs, and the slippers are not disposable. Seaview rooms come with balconies, which is quite nice if you enjoy having one. My room was on a lower floor, so it could get a bit noisy at night. The in-room amenities and equipment are a bit dated. Lastly, the location is convenient for dining, public transport, and sea views. As for the overall stay experience, nothing really stood out. Luggage storage is in the lobby, which actually felt a bit unsafe, making me quite uneasy upon arrival.

ZZhuanzhigangjingI booked this hotel based on a recommendation from Xiaohongshu. The location is great, very close to Shilla and Lotte Duty Free shops – just a short walk away. There are all sorts of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is eco-friendly and doesn't provide single-use toiletries. The large refillable shampoo and shower gel dispensers are fine, but the funniest thing is the large tube of shared toothpaste. People come and go, and everyone uses the same tube. I honestly think they could just skip providing it altogether, especially since each time you squeeze it, it touches someone else's toothbrush. Also, the toilet paper and tissue boxes in the room aren't replaced until they're completely empty. So, if the previous guest checked out and there's still some toilet paper left, it just stays there for the next guest to use until it runs out. In the bathroom, you shower in the bathtub, but there's no shower curtain and no bathmat. It's really annoying because the entire floor gets wet after a shower. Some of the standard rooms have a wet/dry separation with a glass door and no tub, while others are the kind where you shower in the tub. The room types definitely vary. The curtains don't block out much light. They provide two bottles of water daily, but if you have half a bottle left in your room, they'll only restock one bottle the next day, not two. Early check-in and late check-out seem to cost 10,000 Korean Won per hour.

GGuest UserFor anyone looking for an affordable place to stay near the airport and other essential facilities, this is a great option. It is highly recommended for travelers who simply need a clean and functional place to rest rather than a luxurious stay. Everything worked well except for the bathroom door, if you lock it from the inside, good luck getting out! The air conditioner was also a little noisy, so fixing that would make the stay even better. Overall, it offers good value for the price.

GGuest UserOld hotel, needs renovating however we enjoyed our stay. Relatively close to the beach. We stayed here for 5 nights. Overall we enjoyed our stay but there are some issues we faced. Firstly they began to tell us they couldn’t accept my Korean issued ID and needed to take a 200,000 won damage deposit (this sign was written in English and showed to us at check in). Once they realised I was using my Korean ID card and bank card they suddenly didn’t need to do this which we found this confusing and wondered if the policy is only applied to some guests. We were also given an information sheet that said we had to “use the room cleanly or we will be charged” meaning we were always conscious leaving in the morning due to thinking we will be charged so we couldn’t fully relax. The room is big but old. The floor wasn’t hoovered for 2 days so sand was still on the floor. The room overall wasn’t well cleaned…we found spiders on the head board and we couldn’t walk on the terrace due to the board lifting. On our final evening, we found sand from night one still on the shower floor. Every night there was so much noise from the room above making it hard to sleep. However there are some positives. The staff are friendly and answered our questions in a polite manner, it’s a great location close to the beach and the room is a good size. Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite there being some things that need to be improved. For the price we paid, it was an okay stay, however we won’t be staying here again and if we paid more than we did we would be disappointed.

AAnonymous UserThe first thing I’m really impressed with is the excellent service. They reply to messages very quickly, and they answer every question. If you have any issues, you can contact them anytime and they’re always helpful. The hotel is located right in the city center, with lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Even though I traveled alone, I still felt safe the whole time. The room is spacious and comfortable. It’s also super convenient for shopping because everything is within walking distance thanks to the central location.

GGuest UserOur group of five (two families) spent 7 days in Jeju, staying at two hotels, and this was the first one we checked into. The hotel's location isn't ideal; it's about a 20-minute walk to Hamdeok Beach. On the plus side, there's a BHC fried chicken restaurant and a CU convenience store right next door. We were quite satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness and facilities; it was spotless and well-maintained. However, to be honest, we were quite dissatisfied with the front desk service. No matter what the issue was, their immediate reaction seemed to be to say no. It felt as if they might have perceived us as being overly demanding Chinese guests. For example, in my sister's family's room, the toilet wouldn't flush in the morning (note: their toilets here are electronic with automatic flushing). When we contacted the front desk, they informed us that maintenance staff wouldn't be on duty until 11 AM, so the issue couldn't be addressed until then. Since everyone needed to use the restroom that morning, we kept pressing for a solution. Eventually, the front desk staff consulted with a nearby cleaning lady. The cleaning lady then simply turned around, picked up a plunger (which was conveniently located right next to the front desk, implying this is a common issue), and fixed the toilet in a matter of seconds.
