GGuest UserThis youth hostel has a real charm. .Once you enter, it will taste very good, and the smell of bedding will be very fragrant too! There is also a shower filter, it is so neat..! The living room, room and bathroom are separated, so the price is very good and very private! ! ! Will come again next time

GGuest UserI traveled to Jeju Island with my daughter and we stayed in Hamdeok for the first three days. For the last two days, I wanted to be closer to the airport, so we decided to stay in the city. After a lot of searching and comparing prices, location, and reviews of hotels in the area, we settled on this one. Overall, it's a good hotel with excellent value for money. It's clean and quiet at night, set back a bit from the road. It's about a five-minute walk to Lotte Duty Free, and along the way, there are places like Gamjatang (pork bone soup) restaurants, Olive Young, and ABC Mart, as well as other souvenir shops. It's very convenient for taking taxis, shopping, and dining. The airport is also very close, about a ten-minute taxi ride. The hotel staff were okay; not overly enthusiastic, but not rude either. For this price point, it's perfectly fine.

AAnna VichnevetskaiaWe changed to this hotel after staying one night a another one we didn't like in the same price range. The experience here was much better. Everything was comfortable and the view from the roof is really cool - you can watch the planes landing during the sunset.
Keep in mind that, of course, it's a budget hotel and the pool is more for kids (very shallow). I'd stay there again.

GGuest UserI liked that it was located not too far from the beach.
The room was spacious, the bed was wide, and I rested well.
However, the loud footsteps coming from upstairs starting early in the morning were a bit uncomfortable.
Although the facilities seemed a bit dated, they appeared to be well-maintained and clean.
The parking lot was also spacious, which was very convenient.
I would like to stay here again if I visit Jeju.

MManyoufuguangThe room directly faced the sea, and the location was great. The view during high tide was quite nice. Breakfast was simple, and the front desk staff didn't speak much English. Sometimes there was no one at the front desk, and luggage storage was perfunctory, with bags just being left on a luggage cart in the lobby.

GGuest UserThe place is just as advertised, clean and well maintained. Having a washing machine in the unit helped especially after our Hallasan hike. It’s easy to get around by bus, though do note that the buses that go to the airport (300s, 400s) from the closest bus stop do not have luggage storage so it might be a struggle during peak period. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the host is very kind and friendly!

ZZhuanzhigangjingI booked this hotel based on a recommendation from Xiaohongshu. The location is great, very close to Shilla and Lotte Duty Free shops – just a short walk away. There are all sorts of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is eco-friendly and doesn't provide single-use toiletries. The large refillable shampoo and shower gel dispensers are fine, but the funniest thing is the large tube of shared toothpaste. People come and go, and everyone uses the same tube. I honestly think they could just skip providing it altogether, especially since each time you squeeze it, it touches someone else's toothbrush. Also, the toilet paper and tissue boxes in the room aren't replaced until they're completely empty. So, if the previous guest checked out and there's still some toilet paper left, it just stays there for the next guest to use until it runs out. In the bathroom, you shower in the bathtub, but there's no shower curtain and no bathmat. It's really annoying because the entire floor gets wet after a shower. Some of the standard rooms have a wet/dry separation with a glass door and no tub, while others are the kind where you shower in the tub. The room types definitely vary. The curtains don't block out much light. They provide two bottles of water daily, but if you have half a bottle left in your room, they'll only restock one bottle the next day, not two. Early check-in and late check-out seem to cost 10,000 Korean Won per hour.

AAihebingmeishidezhudantaThe hotel is about 500m from Dongmun Market, roughly a 10-minute walk. The room was small with a window facing the road, but it wasn't noisy at night as there was hardly any traffic. The decor felt a bit dated, like something from over a decade ago, but it was clean, which was a plus. Due to South Korea's environmental regulations, they don't provide disposable toothbrushes here (though other hotels I stayed at in Jeju did). There's a CU convenience store diagonally opposite downstairs. Overall, it was pretty good.

GGuest UserGreat Location, But Key Issues Need Attention.
**The Bad:**
Unfortunately, several issues impacted our comfort:
1. Construction Noise: Our room faced an active construction site. Work started very early in the morning, which severely disturbed our sleep.
2. Poor Cleanliness: The wardrobe had not been properly cleaned– we found layers of dust and leftover items from previous guests.
3. Damp Towels: Bathroom towels felt damp and had a musty smell, likely from not being dried thoroughly after washing.
4. Uncomfortable Bed: The pillows were overly thick, while the mattress was too soft. This combination caused back and neck pain after few nights sleep.
**The Good:**
1. The location is excellent– very close to the city center, bus stops, and the airport, making it extremely convenient for travelers.
2. Self check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which we appreciated.

GGuest UserVery good hotel. It’s not close to airport, but the distance is not that long (by taxi). Ordered taxi using airport wi-fi, payed by cash. Very nice receptionists. Clean room, pool on the roof with a nice view. There were not many people (in July). We arrived late but it wasn’t a problem to check in and there is a shop nearby which works at night. There are also some cafes and bars around. Beach is very close, you can go by walk. There are also restaurants and bars on the way. 100% good choice even if you stay for 2 nights.
