GGuest UserThe room and service were alright, pretty standard for a hotel, which is typical for hotels in the US. However, we used the valet service, and I tipped them $10 every time, but they stole my Louis Vuitton sunglasses. I had two pairs of glasses, the other one was a Monster, which they probably didn't recognize. Both were together, and I only left them in the car for one day. I even hesitated about taking them back to the room, thinking it would be fine, but they still got stolen. I complained to the front desk, and they said they'd look into it, but nothing ever came of it.

JJINGHANThe front desk actually remembers the face, the hardware is general but the service is really intimate. The location is very convenient in the city center. I want to live on the beach and go to the miami beach.

GGuest UserA very beautiful hotel. It's like walking into a botanical garden, and the green plants are prettier than those in Vizcaya because they are much bigger (very subjective, Vizcaya is also very beautiful, but I think this one is better because I like big plants). The hotel rooms are also very special, everything is themed around the rainforest, and opposite is the pedestrian street, which is also very lively at night. The only thing is that I really hate hotels that don't have quilts. They use two cloth quilts, one underneath and one on top, which is very convenient, but I really hate the feeling of the quilt touching my skin!

TTanwanyiThe location is good, and the Bay Park is just a 5-minute walk downstairs. The room is large, fully equipped, and the service is also very good. Every time I return to the hotel, they provide water. There is a coffee machine that can also be used as a kettle, so there is hot water to drink. There are mirrors everywhere.
