Super average experience. As w is very disappointing, it feels like staying in a business hotel. Overall old, poor sound insulation. I booked a corner room for a better view, but when I arrived at the store, it was said that it was only on the 4th floor (the lowest floor), and I could only see the opposite intersection...
There is no service, the air conditioner is very poor, I woke up in the middle of the night, I was asked to check the next day, if it can't be improved, I will change the room, the result is the same, no room change, the air conditioner is still not cooling well.

Rubbish hotel. I have stayed in so many hotels and I never heard of the need to make an appointment to clean the room. I stayed for three days and no one cleans the room and garbage. I will never stay in any hotel of the W brand in the future.

Poorly trained staff and at times understaffed. Did not met my group needs and it was always hard to communicate with someone who was in charge. Overall I think they tried their best, still, their customer service and front desk team have a lot of room to improve.

It was mediocre which is not expected. W is a fun brand but the room was not amazing. The carpet felt dirty and old. It might not have been but it's about the vibe. It was disappointing that the room didn't come with slippers. The room was large and it's nice that it had a balcony. The table is glass so not the best for a mouse. Disappointed that there was no bar or food (temporary).
