"Awful experience Terrible staff Unfriendly , rude, got locked outside of the room twice because their system suspected I hadn’t paid even though I paid in full before checking in on trip.com But they didn’t tell me or notify me They just kept giving me keys that didn’t work so I’d have to come back down again I also got terrible food poisoning from the restaurant downstairs , I couldn’t ask for help because there was no phone in my room . They switched the electricity off so I had no choice but to check out and when I got downstairs and informed them they couldn’t care less. Awful experience"

"A free shuttle bus runs every hour on the hour, and the rooms are clean. There is a Publix supermarket and restaurants right in front. The location is great. I stayed one night out of my 3-day, 2-night trip before the cruise, but I should have stayed two nights. 👍 A travel power strip is essential for Koreans. I didn't have one, so I bought one at Walgreens in front. It was expensive."

"This has been and is my favorite hotel in Miami! The location is in the center of Brickell right next to the mall. So it’s possible to walk around. I love the location! The amenities are amazing! I love the pool, I love the gym and the restaurants and bars as well. The rooms are super clean and have a beautiful aesthetic! The entire hotel smells amazing and looks luxurious and amazing as well. You can rent the city bikes for free and have amazing views from the balcony. The rooms are spacious. The staff is very kind! By far my favorite hotel in Miami!"

"We stayed here after a cruise. Check-in was at 9pm, so we couldn't use the club room's cocktail time or afternoon tea. We had breakfast in the club lounge. It was very delicious. They let us check out late and offered a free shuttle to the mall, so as we were staying at a hotel near the mall, we asked to be dropped off at our hotel, and they gladly did. It's a very nice hotel."

I requested to switch rooms because the elevator wasn’t working — not only did they take care of it right away, but they also upgraded me and made sure the new room matched all my preferences. The service was top-notch, the food was delicious, and everything was clean, elegant, and well-organized. Truly five-star treatment all the way. I couldn’t be happier with my stay and I’ll definitely be coming back!"
