Needed help with luggage when arrived but no help was offered.
Booked a pool view room and was given a room that didn’t see the pool at all.
No house keeping and when asked was told by receptionist it only starts on the third day of my stay so technically on the day of my check out. I found that very strange.
public transport is 30 minutes walking from hotel to get to and from closest point of public transport available.
The noise from airplane’s engines is continuous and it’s too much day and night.
Can easily hear people in rooms next to mine as if they’re
in the same room as me.

The scenery and environment are good, clean and hygienic, but it is inconvenient to travel. It is only next to the airport and separated by a highway. The noise of the plane taking off is very loud, which affects your rest.

Service: The airport pick-up service was good. After getting off the plane in the evening, we were picked up directly at the hotel. There was an older front desk (maybe the manager) who was very nice and enthusiastically helped us solve the problem.
Hygiene: very clean
Facilities: Very complete, similar to the decoration of a five-star hotel. Gyms and swimming pools are standard, and there are even large venues.
Environment: Located on the innermost side of a peninsula in a lake, surrounded by lakes on three sides, it is highly recommended to choose this hotel by yourself.
